Room was nice and cleaned regularly. Couldn't have asked for a better location as the hotel was just a few minutes away from the Old Town.

Early check in is impossible!!! On front desk please do not ask the lady to help you. It is impossible. Hotel is in wonderful location. Rooms are small. Clean but needs to have better amenities.

This is a great location. You will find yourself close to a huge mall, steps from major attractions, and nearby the metro/subway which enables you to get anywhere in Prague. The hotel has an amazing lobby. The rooms are standard. The bathroom is large, and you have AC. TV has the standard channels.

The service was exceptional. The breakfast was better than we expected. We have traveled to Prague several times and this hotel’s location was perfect for us and the staff went out of their way to provide for our every need.

Location is very good. Front office staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very very good. And we love it. Will surely recommend to friends if they want to go to Prague. 😃

The hotel is old-fashioned, dark, and not very comfortable. The breakfast is good. For European hotels, it is incomparable to those in Southeast Asia and China. Don't get me wrong.

The location is in the old town. It is far from the tram so you have to walk. However, the price is cheap and the rooms are large and clean. There are many kinds of breakfast and many kinds of fruit. There is also kimchi. It is a pity that the steamed rice was not tasty because the rice was undercooked.

We got off the bus from Florenc and walked there. It only took 10-15 minutes, but it was very convenient to go to other sightseeing and shopping spots. The bed and quilt are quite comfortable. The hotel breakfast has enough variety. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good. It would be nice if there was more convenience store nearby.

The breakfast in the hotel is quite rich. Some of the breads are different every day. Breakfast is highly recommended. Regarding the facilities, perhaps because the hotel has a certain age, there are still traces of time, but they are all used normally. One thing that needs to be appreciated here is that the water pressure is very strong and the hot water comes very quickly. However, there is one thing that is more inconvenient for me personally, that is, the shower part is combined with the bathtub. However, the height of the bathtub is relatively high, so you need to be extra careful when getting in and out of the bathtub to take a shower. After all, if you step on it at a certain height, you will be easily injured. The rest of the hotel is quite satisfactory, and the location is quite good. It's about 10 minutes away from the center of the old city, so the hotel is quite quiet. In addition, you can reach a shopping mall within a five-minute walk, which also has a food court, which is also convenient for those who don’t want to walk too far. There are two shops within a ten-minute walk, and the prices are very reasonable, so I think the location is pretty good.
