Toilet light turns off automatically

Unwashed floors and mirrors, a burst pan in the shower. Everything else is great, this is just a note and not a complaint))

Good breakfast, average service, suitable room size

Rooms very clean. Unfortunately small but sufficient. Breakfast plenty of choice and delicious too. Subway station is 12 minutes away. Unfortunately a little outside. But still recommended.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Occidental Praha, and overall, it was a pleasant experience that combined modern comfort with convenient amenities. Location and Arrival: The hotel is situated in the Prague 4 district, a business area that is somewhat removed from the main tourist attractions but well-connected via public transport. The proximity to the metro station and major bus lines made it easy to reach the city center and other key areas. Upon arrival, I found the exterior of the hotel to be sleek and modern, and the lobby was spacious and welcoming. Front Desk and Check-In: Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who spoke excellent English. They were helpful in providing maps and offering suggestions for local dining and attractions. The reception area also features a comfortable seating area and a small business center for quick tasks. Room: My room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The decor was contemporary, with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was also modern, featuring a spacious shower with good water pressure. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably throughout my stay, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and bathroom amenities. Dining: The hotel offers a few dining options, including a main restaurant and a lobby bar. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and made-to-order eggs. The quality of the food was good, and the service was attentive. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and found the menu to be varied and the food well-prepared. Amenities: The Occidental Praha provides a range of amenities to cater to different needs. The fitness center is small but adequately equipped with cardio machines and free weights. While there is no swimming pool, the hotel does offer wellness services like massages, which I found to be relaxing and professionally delivered. Business Services: As a business traveler, I appreciated the business facilities available at the hotel. There are several meeting rooms of various sizes, all equipped with the latest audiovisual technology. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for video conferencing and other work-related tasks. Service: The service at Occidental Praha was consistently high-quality. From the front desk staff to the restaurant servers, everyone was professional and courteous.

The unfortunate location of the facility in a residential area, cemetery and gas station The stay passed pleasantly and safely thanks to the well-prepared staff, who were professional, very helpful and friendly. The inconvenience was the slow Internet connection, which broke or switched to airplane mode on the computer when going to the lecture hall. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, which I appreciate very much seeing a large number of people passing by during my short stay.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. 30 minute Metro to Old Town from local Metro station just a 5 minute level walk away. All round good stay, with the exception of very uncomfortable pillows and quite noisy. It was not possible to close room doors quietly. Safe in room could not be programmed.

Located in a calm environment close to big commercial center while not far from city centre. Bus service on the door steps and an impeccable service !!!

Nice hotel, but not great if you wanted to spend time.in the centre of prague. Its quite a trip back and the transport is not direct...unless you uber. Hoover everything else was great

The rooms are small and the toilet and bathroom planning is not suitable for privacy,elevators are not enough

1. The experience of wifi is very poor and mobile phone often cannot browse Tik Tok videos. 2.The noise in the room is quite loud, which affects rest. Even if I close the window, I can still hear the sound of cars outside very clearly

A good, clean hotel offering excellent value and quality. The location is decent, about 30 minutes from the city center. However, parking is overpriced given the location.
