In general ok ish place... Not too bad for a single night stay with the price but can definitely do better. Will not come back. Pros: Great location. Very close to metro station line C and tram station. Walkable distance to the national museum. I like the window can be fully open and air conditioning is powerful. WiFi is quite fast. Receptionists speak fluent English. Cons: There are some hygiene issues. The water bottle provided for drinking water still has bread crumbs or whatever crumbs in the lid when I moved in (see photo). Clearly hasn't been washed 🤢. The dripping tray of the water machine in the corridor is always full (I discarded it twice the same day). When it's full, the water won't come out. No staff member is taking care of this. The room is quite small compared to Ibis room in other countries at the same level. Note there is no fridge in the room. In the bedroom there is no bin. I need to walk to the bathroom to throw away rubbish.

Extremely love this place. Plus, very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Easy access to metro stations and attractive places.

Food is better than most hotel, but the service guy need to be more professional, like watching more, and shoudn't wear shoes which clickety-clacks when walking, right?

Hotel is okay, check in process was tedious having to wait an extremely long time. Breakfast was nice, can improve on cleanliness and provision of few more basic amenities in the bedroom (like a garbage bin (in addition to the tiny one in the bathroom)).

When I first checked in, the lights suddenly turned off and I could not turn it on anymore, so the staff helped me to change to another room. The next day, when I almost checked out, the same issue occurred in the toilet again.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast have many choice to choose it.

The only problem is that the elevator is not very good and even creaking. However, other things of this hotel is perfectly comforting: nice staff, clean room and environment.

The location is quite bad, it's up a hill, si difficult to drag a suitcase up

It is a hotel with a low level of service in accordance to its price.

It is ok to stay for short durations eg 1-2days. Any longer it’s best to find elsewhere for better comfort. Rooms are small, ok for 2 persons but 3 is a little tight. The rooms are not soundproof (the streets of Prague is not quiet fyi, cheap alcohol and ****), no kettle and no mini fridge.

Overall it was a good experience. A little expensive but spacious rooms and convenient location.
