Good, services are good.but the food at the restaurant for breakfast was not that great

On a business trip in Europe, I passed through Prague, Czech Republic, and chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel near Charles Bridge on the Vltava River. The hotel is great, old-fashioned traditional hotel style, exquisite rooms, excellent restaurant, serving breakfast, dinner and tea. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the famous Old Town Square. There are various types of power switches in hotel rooms, and it takes some time to figure them out.

Very good! The hotel is in the city center and convenient to everywhere!

The Four Seasons Hotel Prague is located in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of famous attractions such as Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and Old Town Square.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

We came to celebrate a few special occasions - a fifth year anniversary, and two birthday milestones. We were welcomed wonderfully, and our thanks to Monica for that. Anna checked us in, offered us a substantially better room at a modest increase, which we loved. Anna was exceptional throughout our stay, and I have to commend her for her professionalism and warmth, along with the bell staff of Roman, Ivan, Jan and Petr, there were Olga and Stanislav at the concierge desk, and Giovanni at the front desk as well. All told, it was a wonderful stay in Prague for our first visit there. Thank you Four Seasons Prague - you made a special occasion even more special.

Location: perfect. I was amazed when I found the concierge and the receptionist “kata” were waiting for me outside the hotel entrance as soon as I arrived. The check in was very quick and the receptionist Ms. Kata surprised me that we were upgraded to president suite. The suite was exceptional ! I found the extra bed for my child ready in the suite. The view is beautiful from the suite.

This is a first class resort with amazing staff, food, accommodations and views. I can't recommend it highly enough! Ask for Alice at the spa if you want the best massage of your life!

First class all the way. Great and helpful staff to accommodate all one’s needs. Great location to walk to many of the city’s most interesting sites. Food offerings are very good. Ambiance is quiet and luxurious. If you can afford it, you will not be disappointed.

This is the only place to stay in Prague. Look no further. Every single member of the team will be there for you and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. You will learn their names and will miss them dearly after you leave. Great rooms with fantastic beds. It is worth it to book the River rooms with the views! Or go suites as well. Those views are priceless so you are getting a deal at any price. Delicious and fresh breakfast daily is a must - it comes with the views also and love and care from every employee there. Gym is sufficient enough for anyone who loves to workout and always with some small snacks after available to you with cold water, soft towels. Spa treatments are out of this world and the bathrobes are so SOFT!!! (you can buy them btw on the way home). Pick up some candles while you at it as well. They have a cute boutique that we find charming. If you lucky and enjoy the painting in the hotels you get to meet the artist herself, Petra McGrath's painting are full of life and love - so beautiful. We stayed here this time for longer period and we will do it again. No better place in Prague. You won't find more caring employees anywhere else. Thank you to GM for her amazing team and we cannot wait to be back!

4 Seasons lives up to its billing again - I Highly recommend this hotel as one of the finest in Prague

From the initial greeting when we arrived by Kata, right through to the drive back to the airport with John, every member of staff was superbly attentive. The rooms and the hotel overall are beautiful but it’s the staff that really set this hotel apart.
