Our stay was perfect. It was mt husband’s birthday and the hotel was amazing with us, the room is big and the breakfast is just flawless. We are dreaming of coming back to Prague after this amazing

All good but the bed is not comfi :(

Ridiculous staff refused to return stored luggage I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point. Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense. We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason. Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further. If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time. Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect. I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one.

Hotel is 7 mins walk from central train station. A long walk to Charles bridge though. Room is clean.

It’s a great hotel at convenient location. The highlight is the variety of their breakfast. Recommended.

I Advantages: This hotel had the best mattresses and pillows I've ever experienced, and the breakfast was delicious, varied, and fresh. The staff was reasonably helpful. Disadvantages: The hotel fell short of being a five-star establishment. The rooms were small, and the curtains were of poor quality and didn't block out the sunlight, making it hard to sleep. There was very little privacy in the room, and there were no complimentary water bottles. The extra bed was uncomfortable, unstable, and unsafe for kids - my son fell off it once. Additionally, the hotel was overpriced. In conclusion, I won't be returning to this hotel, and I can't recommend it to others.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the food is great. The rooms are very small. and charge even for a bottle of water that is in the minibar In addition to this, they told us in the morning that it would be possible to do a late checkout, then after 10 minutes they told us no and that we would have to pay an extra night if we wanted to stay. And they will give us a discount of 40 dollars. I think that if they make such a mistake they need to absorb it and not cause discomfort on the part of the customer.

This hotel near the Prague main station. It also near the attractions, like Astronomical Clock, Havel's market.

Excellent location n at most 5 mins walk from the main train station Room size is moderate n big comparing to Asian hotels amenities are ok though despite offering the same things for hand face and hair lol Breakfast is included and good to have a chance to meet fellow travelers. Should have no worries as they have 2 sets of full food stations for everyone… capacity being more than 200 I wonder Price wise it is just worth the money

Fanatic location, the breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The lobby smelt great, the rooms were comfortable, highly recommend for a stay/long weekend in Prague.

The hotel is very good and the receptionists were nice and helpful. Although the room had a weird shape and the food was mediocre, we had a great time.
