Nice location,noise if your window are open

Incredible dramatic Hotel Bedroom in the attic, small, cramped. The worst room I had in Prague

Generally, the purpose of leaving a message is to add trip coins. But this review comes from the bottom of my heart and appreciates EA Group’s hotels. The room is big, clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the waiters are attentive The exterior wall of the hotel is a medieval building

The location is ideal. You can reach the scenic spots within walking distance. The room has a skylight and the window is very unique. The bathroom takes up a bit more space than the room. The restaurant is very cramped in the basement. I have a sensitive nose and my nose kept running after entering the restaurant. It was a bit embarrassing. I hope it can be done. Improve ventilation

It is two stops away from the Central Station. It has slippers, bathrobes, bath cleaning supplies, and is of good quality and cheap. The bathroom is also sufficient 👍 Antique solid wood furniture, very high-quality

The best hotel in Prague. Very nice service. Breakfast at the highest level. Very clean. Very close to the center, which is a big plus.

AC didn't work. It was -7C outside and we were freezing. We asked that could they fix it or even give us extra blankets. Ac was not fixed but we got extra pillows after 3 nights. Reception told us that they would fix it but nothing happened. The room was nice and clean but it was very cold. I would give a 4/10.

Condition of the rooms and especially bathrooms was very poor, air conditioning was not working, there was unpleasant smell in the room, and it was extremely noisy. I'd call it a youth hostel, not a 4-start hotel. Completely ruined my experience in Prague.

The hotel was only a short distance from the sites of Prague. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and areas of the hotel were very clean. At night it was a little noisy but understandable when you’re in the middle of a city. Thank you EA Downtown for a lovely stay.

The hotel has a great location and very nice and helpful staff. Very close to the center, we did not need to take any public transport everything that we needed was close. We came two times and will definitely come again.

This hotel is in a very good location, being within a 3 minute walk to Wenceslas square and the Czech national museum. The walk to the bridge is a good 10-15 minutes though. However, there is plenty of transportation options as well. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable, although why the double bed consists of 2 twins rammed together is always a puzzlement.I wish they put a king size sheet over them. Anyway, this hotel is worth the stay.
