Excellent stay, great staff and we loved the hotel bar & restaurant. Great location, we paid for an upgrade and it was amazing. There is a €150 security deposit required so please make sure you are expecting it. Highly recommend!

It's very good. The hotel has charm. It's in the style of an old-fashioned European hotel. The room is on the top floor. After taking the elevator to the top floor, you still need to walk up the stairs to the attic. The hotel is in the old city. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the train station. Others all good.

It is very close to the old town (astronomical clock). It's a bit far from the central station, and trams and cars can't enter, so even if you get off the tram, you have to walk a bit, which is inconvenient. The entire room has an old-fashioned feel! It takes less than five minutes to walk to Prague Square and there are many restaurants nearby. You can also book an evening cruise with the bellman and pick him up at the hotel. The scenery is particularly beautiful. But what I don't understand is that the front desk has to take the guest's credit card to register the information. It's not enough to swipe the card, but also has to register the credit card information. They explain that their system must enter the guest's credit card information. This is very confusing and insecure, the only negative comment. Everything else is fine.
