I booked a room on Ctrip for over 1,500 yuan in mid-March, and the room price was over 500 yuan when I checked in mid-May. It costs twice as much to book two months in advance. Is it more expensive to book early in the off-season? I don't know what price should be used as a reference for the review. If I use the 1,500 yuan I paid, it's really not acceptable.

The location was very good. It was safe as you need a key to enter the entrance. Some of the rooms had balconies, the ceilings were high, and the rooms were large and open without feeling oppressive. The bathroom was not large but sufficient. The reception staff were very friendly.

The hotel is located very close to the center and just 12 minutes walk from the UAN Florence station where the bus station is located and also close to the central train station, the breakfast included in the price is ideal, we have stayed four nights and the stay has been perfect.

The best accommodation experience in Prague. It looks small but the room is well-equipped. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. The bed is also big. Bath towels and shampoo are provided. The breakfast is rich and the location is good. It's a 10-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock and a 4-minute walk from the door to the subway. It's a very good experience. I will continue to choose this place next time I have a chance to come to Prague.

Very good, the room is clean and tidy

I stayed for 2 nights with my family and the room itself was very clean and nice. The location was great, the tram station was close, and the clock tower and gunpowder tower were within 5 minutes on foot!

Great location. Most attractions like castle, Clock, Stadium etc. all within walking distance. Lots of bars, restaurants an shops all within 10 minutes walk.

Residence Bene is a very comfortable, centrally located hotel which has easy access to the old and lesser town. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is a combination of both a cooked and a continental breakfast. It is not that noisy so I did sleep well. I will be back.

Nice hotel with great location. You can walk to all the most important sightseeing spots. Very helpful and serviceminded staff. Breakfast was great considering the reasonable price of the stay. The beds to the hard side.

I was booked in for four nights in Dec 23, on arrival however my partner and I found the mattress to be incredibly hard and uncomfortable. We stayed the one night and didn't sleep very well so elected to check out the following day and find a new place to stay. What I will say however is that the staff were all so friendly and polite and very understanding when describing the situation, they were even kind enough to issue me a refund for the remaining nights of our stay. The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast provided was great also!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful and very nice. Close to the metro and a very large shopping mall/food court. Free breakfast with a lot of options is very nice as well. Considered a budget hotel, we found it to be a very nice stay.
