Hotel is nice and clean. ROOM was very nice and spacious. I booked a double room and it had great space. Hotel has a lift so you don't have to worry about stairs. The only thing I didn't like was I had reached the hotel 1 HR earlier but they didn't give me early check-in as they said the room wasn't ready. I would have appreciated it if they would have arranged another room for me as I was tired. I also tried their Beer Bath Spa which is in the hotel premises itself. For a couple the cost was 119€ for an hour. It was a relaxing and unique experience. Must try once. Please ignore the mess in the photos as I had taken photos at checkout time.

Not the best of hotels, overpriced for such an old and outdated building. The room came with no air conditioning, and when asked, it was an additional charge of €5 per day. Also, they had too many "do's" and "don'ts" listed everywhere. Housekeeping was also not provided unless requested. Only one bin is provided, a small one, and one would be beside the toilet bowl, which is much smaller, enough for tissues. Extremely small space for the shower, which causes the water to spill out and that makes the floor really slippery. The location is not too bad, close enough to the metro and trams.

South from Downtown. 10 minutes away from the metro station. 30 minutes walk to the main attractions.

Unfortunately full of youngsters being loud and noisy until 3am. Walls are too thin so its almost impossible to rest even with earplugs. Management does not seem to care much and nothing was done to tackle the noise situation. Definitely Avoid, you will find better options around

Check in was from 2 pm . As our flight was late afternoon + delayed we arrived in hotel around 11pm . Lady on reception was so unprofessional. After she give us room key we found out that 3 bedroom was only prepared for two. So I was going back to reception to ask for bedsheets, pillows and towels for 3th person. I was walking with her in staff room to get all I need also I was making bed for myself. Se could find towels and she ask me do I need right now or I can get tomorrow. I answered that I need now as I need shower after all day before I go to bed. She found only one small towel, throw over reception and said “that’s your deal for tonight “ I don’t have any other towels available now .

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, great location. There wasn’t much of a variety with breakfast, it was quiet plain and the same every morning. But defiantly would stay here again.

I enjoyed my staying at the hotel ! The breakfast was perfect ! I haven’t stayed in European hotels before , but what I noticed that the room was without drinking water and , toothpaste and toothbrush ( that was a bit surprising for me ) , but very clean room and one more time the breakfast was pretty much great 👍🏻

The hotel is at a good point in terms of transportation in Prague 2. We reached everywhere easily by tram and metro from the nearby Pavlov metro and stop. Breakfast wasn't bad. But on this trip, their breakfasts were a little weak compared to the hotels in Budapest and Vienna. In terms of facilities, there is air conditioning in the room, but they wanted an extra fee of 5 Euros per day. But when we went the weather was a little cool. We didn't need it. The mini fridge was not cooling very much, even though we told it twice, they did not care. It was a full price performance hotel.

Affordable and convenient for exploring Prague. Friendly staff. Great service. Good breakfast, very efficient staff clearing up empty tables to welcome guests. Top luggage storage service. Would stay again.
