Wonderful hotel! We highly recommend! Customer service was top notch. Parking was easy. ($12/night.) The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve seen. So many options. Lots of space to eat inside and outside. Hardly felt crowded at all. The train stop is out near the front of the hotel. It was very easy to get into the city. You won’t regret a stay here.

A little far from the city center but with the great public transportation it feels just next door. It was a lovely place to stay with adequate breakfast menu. The room was neat and tidy with daily cleaning facility. The property itself is huge and is very spacious.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the tram is close so the city centre is 10 minutes away. The receptionist was helpful, our room was cleaned every day. We spent 3 days there and we ordered breakfast also. We loved the food and the service. Our bed was so comfortable, betten than mine at home. We were really impressed and satisfied.

Hotel looks fantastic, interior and exterior design definitely statisfy, Employers are very friendly and cheeefull and they had a huge willing to help me about transportation for prague city,But also there are some missing point that wanna share my opinion
1-)Breakfast was quite enough, but i could not see any salami or sousages for muslim people, All meats was indicated with pork figure so i could not eat((
2-) TV was old at room and AC not get heat the room enough,
But at the end of the day hotel is deserved minumum 4 stars from me

All of the staff were polite and attentive. The hotel was impressive and very clean.
Beds were comfortable but would have preferred more options for tv watching, even if we had the option to rent a movie in English.

Hotel is more or less ok, but the service and employees are bad. Like they don’t care about you especially Martin or Marcin.
