It was a nice choice to spend the night at least. It was close to the tram, we walked a little and went down to the center.

The equipment is relatively new. The location is good. It is worth staying at a reasonable price.

It was convenient because the station and bus stop were close by.

Good service, hotel very close to tourist sites, you can walk. There are cheap restaurants nearby and the area where it is located seemed safe to me.

The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Location is great and has good connections via public transport. Inside the bathroom was a heater that you can use to dry your towels and clothes. Building itself is very pretty and the area is quiet. Upon checking-in we received a couple of vouchers for a free drink at the bar which was super nice. Although I am a foreigner and this was in my favour, it was a bit strange that the staff do not speak Czech. We saw multiple visitors coming to check-in and initiating the conversation in Czech but the Spanish-speaking staff (who were just to mention, very kind and friendly) spoke maybe three words of Czech and immediately encouraged any visitors to switch to English. Another thing which was a bit disappointing was the fact that after 22:00 the doors (both outside to enter hotel and interior to reach the room) were locked, apparently for "security reasons" or so we heard. I mean, the key cards that we had to just touch and unlock the doors did not work - for anyone. I thought that was the main point of them, that door is locked, unless you're a guest. But even guests had to knock loudly on the door until someone from reception came over and opened. People kept walking in and out for drinks and sightseeing and staff had to keep running around to open/close the doors which was super weird. Our key cards were basically just to open our own room and not the hotel... Imagine you got a key which did not work for security reasons - does not make sense to me.
