Very good hotel, nice, economical, good breakfast and good service. The location... A little strange... Taking into account that you arrive with suitcases, and you have to go up through the forest, it is strange, and also a little far from everything... It usually takes us between half an hour and 40 minutes to go to any of the tourist parts. However, I do rate the hotel without talking about its location, excellent service.

We were happy with the choice! The hotel is excellent, big and clean room, nice view from the window, the staff is kind and ready to help with everything. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide choice of food. The location is good close to metro station.

The quality of the food is more than distinguished, I haven't had too many experiences regarding hotels in general, but this is one of the few where you eat with gusto. The place itself is pricey and quite spacious, the rooms too. Finally, the staff were unexpectedly very helpful and this helped make my stay much more relaxing. Overall it was a pleasant experience :3

This time I had booked a 2-bed room, but got a 3-bed room in the new building. The bed was OK and not as saggy as last time. Prague is currently the hottest place, so the hotel was fully booked again. You have to go to breakfast early, otherwise you won't have a lot of choice. The internet was OK, you could work with it. They seem to have sorted out the problem. Otherwise everything was as usual. Super quiet complex a little outside of town. I love this hotel

I don't know how Czech people are in general, but we stayed for 2 nights and dealt with 3 receptionists in total, all of them sullen and unfriendly. We asked for a room for 2 people and they gave us a room for 5 people in the form of 2+3 separated by a wall, and although the heater was working at its fullest setting (it was still lukewarm), we could never heat the room. There is no hair dryer in the room. They gave it to me with a deposit of 10 euros. The machine did not work after the first use. The toilet is in a separate place, the sink and the shower are in a separate place. Hair, feathers, etc. in showers. There was, they put shower gel as liquid soap. The furniture was very old and the carpets had changed color due to dirt. The breakfast is mediocre, the rooms are old and dirty, the staff is grumpy, the hotel location is 15 minutes from the center by car. There is no parking problem, it is quite large and free.

Clean and warm hotel, breakfast is very good and plentiful, from sweet to savory, at the reception the staff is friendly and ready to solve any problem. Good price. The subway is 5min walk away. Inside there is a bar and also a restaurant. Advised.
