Hotel merkur has a rustic ambience with its classic exterior and modern interior. Its location is within walking distance to downtown prague. It even provides free parking which is a huge help in the city. Highly recommended and will revisit in future!

The place is really nice and clean. The staff is very kind, helpful and professional. I will be back here for sure.

I had a big suitcase with me, so I was grateful that it was close to the station. The room was cute with a wooden feel, and there was a minibar (charges apply). It also had a bathtub, so being able to relax in the tub was a big plus! I also booked a plan that included breakfast, which was a great choice! There was lots of cheese, salami, ham, and more, and it was all delicious. When I checked out, I was given a bottle of water and a Prague Castle magnet as a gift!

To be honest, it was not as good as expected. The environment of the hotel was average for this price. There was no air conditioning on a hot day. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep at night. Fortunately, I found a small fan the day before to blow it the next day. The room was also very small and old.

Samsung accommodation, but if you only stay for one night, the price is 300 yuan, which is very cost-effective.

It's a good location for walking and taking the tram. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. I was very satisfied. However, there is no air conditioning in the room, so if you stay on a very hot day, you may be dissatisfied.

There was no air conditioning, and the facilities were a little old, but overall it was clean. There were no bed bugs, and although the breakfast menu was the same every day, it was delicious!

Convenient to travel, hygienic and clean, and the scenery is pleasant.

It was a pleasant 2 nights If I come back to Prague, I want to stay here again. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly.

The decoration is so new and clean. The elevator needs maintenance. If you have luggage, it’s a high-rise building. It’s hard work.

Very nice and comfortable

We have been a few days in Prague in hotel Merkur. It is quite close to the city center.We spent a pretty comfortable days stayed in Merkur, rooms are quite comfortable, breakfast is delicious with a different kind of bakes , everything you need. Quite remarkable is the excellent treatment ,quite pleasent and helpful from the people of reception, they did and execellent job, during the week and at the weekend, everything you need, any information about trains , trams they tryed to help all time. We would repeat again!

Lovely stay at this hotel. The receptionist was so amazing her is Anel nothing was to much trouble. The hotel was very clean and all the staff was really nice. Breakfast was nice lots to choose from. Hotel very central. Easy to get a round the city .

Very good room size (3 people). We received a complementary wine which was unexpected and a lovely touch. Everything was very clean and tidy when we returned. Breakfast has a large selection and was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
