Very Good

Hangers / hooks for tovels missed in bathroom. Coffee at breakfast could be improved, but there is coffee machine, probably paid, between reception and breakfast room.

Friendly staff "lady at reception in the evening", quite varied choice at breakfast. However, it's not worth a 4-star hotel: old furniture and there was no shower gel/shampoo at all, the tube was completely empty. Other than that, pretty good overall.

It was quite good, we had the pool to ourselves, unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the room and the shower was very small. The breakfast was OK and you had to pay per hour for parking, even overnight. It was OK for short trips.

The property is cleaned, and staff generally get on with their jobs. It's value for money, and there's a clean room every day. Areas of improvement: 1. Staff, especially customer-facing, could be more friendly and approachable by smiling and conversing with customers. One of the receptionists was too serious and appeared to be forcing words out of her when talking or enquiring. 2. Breakfast is very average because it does not include cooked foods; all the items displayed are processed. And it is the same food every day. This is boring. 3. Regarding breakfast, food should be labelled so customers know what they eat, especially for allergy sufferers, particularly children. 4. The swimming pool and even the paid spa are unavailable to customers until late evening. The staff told me that the pool is being rented out to outsiders, offering swimming lessons to children who use it all day. This MUST be displayed, and customers SHOULD be informed when booking. Otherwise, it is deceptive or misleading, to say the least. 5. It is ridiculous that customers have to pay to use the pool and sauna, even though the hotel advertises these amenities to attract customers. 6. The shower and toilet are too small, and the gel dispenser is not good. You will need about 5 minutes to get the sustained gel to shower. Unless all the above are attended to, I WILL NOT USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

The mattresses were very thin. We all had very sore back from the mattresses, still have it when we came home. Our hotel room was infestated with ants. The radiator was not too hot. Very disappointed as we was looking forward to our holiday.

Stayed over last weekend for the first time and overall my stay was very pleasant. Excellent location if you’re wanting to attend a concert/event @ the O2 arena which you can reach on foot easily in about 30mins (or take 1 bus stop & walk about 5-10mins). Shopping mall is literally adjacent to the O2 arena too. Great public transport connection with a bus stop to the tube only a couple of minutes away (2 bus stops to the tube), I’d recommend to download the PID app (will be in English) to get exact connections and purchase tickets for travel in Prague. Wi-fi in the hotel was fast and much appreciated, as was the lift coz we were on 4th floor. Didn’t see the restaurant/bar open (if it’s in the same area as breakfast) and never asked so cannot comment. This part of Prague is rather residential, I have a feeling that even the hotel used to be a block of flats prior to being a hotel? Our room was ok, albeit a bit ‘tired’ (401) but overall it was simply practical enough with a wee fridge incl wee freezer compartment, kettle, some teabags, teaspoons and also wine glasses. Towels were clean, bed comfy. I enjoyed the view of the shopping mall and the O2 arena etc . Trains running past was quite nice to hear. Water in the shower was running cold @ first but turned warm after a bit, so I guess it must the pressure? Not sure. Breakfast was very good, and again sufficient, quite a lot of cold meat choices, cheese, boiled eggs, vegetables, jams, honey, spreadable cheese, bread and sweet bread, and breadrolls, toast, cereals, fruits; hot food selection was baked beans, hot dogs and steamed veg. Coffee is dispensed from a coffee machine, it was quite foamy but still nice & tasty. Milk, tea and 2 different juices were available too. There is a fabby pool (incl whirlpool) in the hotel too! I was hoping it would be free to visit but actually you do have to book your session via reception as an extra (approx. £10/hour/person) but what was great was that we had the pool to ourselves! & you get a towel too. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place, and I will also be back in future.

The hotel is about 15 minutes (depending on how long you wait for public transport), from the city centre. The room I was in was very average. The carpets and decor were old, the toilet seat lid was on the floor and the plastic seat itself not only didn't fit properly, it came apart every time you used it. The wash basin was cracked and the balcony door came off its hinges if you weren't very careful when opening it. There is nothing in the area of interest, so travel is a must. Finally, apart from the reception staff, the rest in the breakfast room and cleaners were miserable and not very friendly at all. I made breakfast one morning with only a few minutes to spare, but this didn't stop the woman on duty turning off the lights and clearing all the food. I stayed 4 nights and my sheets weren't changed once in that time either. No way I'd go back.

Really good hotel for a good price. It was 1km from the subway, although I still recommend. It wasn’t that bad. Hotel is really nice, we got big comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious and probably fresh (I didn’t like the coffee though).

Superb stay, very clean hotel, copious and varied breakfast buffet, the swimming pool is warm, very well equipped with jets for thalassotherapy. The staff is very friendly and a big thank you to THOMAS, the Manager, who watches over his customers to inform them and ensure that the stay goes very well. The hotel is located near a bus that takes you to the city center and near a large, very upscale shopping center. Thank you really THOMAS for your warm welcome and your kindness, you are always present at the hotel! THANK YOU AGAIN THOMAS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS CLEAN AND WARM WE RECOMMEND! VERY GOOD VALUE FOR PRICE Valérie

Head to Prague for a concert at the O2 arena. We decide to spend the night there to make the most of it and book in this establishment which is said to be 400m from the performance hall. This is the case, yes BUT as the crow flies! In reality we have to go around the rails and the station. The 400 meters turn into around twenty minutes of walking. We have nothing against it, as long as the hotel is clear about this in order to avoid this kind of surprise. Arrival without great expectations in view of the previous comments but hey, it has the merit of being affordable. Big disappointment nonetheless. 4 stars ? The hotel. Not worth two. Has this establishment been recently inspected? Cleanliness is the basis in this profession. She is not respected. The hotel is in its original state and poorly maintained. The sheets are almost clean but for the rest... Paint peeling off, ants, dusty carpet, bathroom toilet brush... Breakfast is also very limited. We didn't taste everything because it didn't look very fresh... Staff ok but nothing more. Breakfast closed at 10 a.m. and the staff was already on white wine! Even in the event of a celebration, abstaining in the presence of customers is a basis to respect. Old supermarket trolleys to transport clean laundry... Disappointing even if we arrived without expectations, that's saying something! We do not recommend nor will we return.
