The place is very centrally located, and the pre-check in is really easy. The studio is easy to find, and comfy to stay at. Has a kitchen with all needed equipment for cooking at home. They also have a few fans for those who like to sleep with a breeze.
The heat was a little confusing, as I have never used that type before and couldn’t find any details on how to turn it on. But no big deal.
I will say this, 10:00 am check-out is far, far too early. It should be 11:00am to noon. Ten just feels greedy to me

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Prague Central Station and Old Town Square, making travel very convenient. The room is very spacious, with two large beds and one small bed. We are a family of 5 and it is enough. The room is very new and fully heated, which is really nice. However, hotel orders are confirmed by email, so it will be a bit difficult if your English is not good. Because it is an apartment, there is no front desk. It would take about six to seven hundred meters to store luggage.

Everyone remember to ask them to send an email in advance to check in. This is like the homestays in China. There is no hotel lobby. They send you a link via email. Check in online and give you a password. Be sure to call in advance to get the email link when you go upstairs and enter the room! ! ! ! ! Otherwise, you have to spend a long time downstairs. The room was clean and spacious. It was also a convenient location for transportation, so I was able to go to the supermarket, go shopping, and have dinner in the plaza. However, the heating didn't work and I was freezing.

The registration link was not sent before check-in. When I arrived at the hotel around 6pm, I was unable to enter the building. No one answered my calls to the hotel. I contacted Ctrip to help contact the hotel. I called the hotel again and was told to send an email immediately. After checking the email, I still haven’t received it. I immediately called the hotel again, but no one answered. It was already past 7pm, so I had to book another hotel. I then asked this hotel for a refund, but they refused to do so! So drunk! This place was awesome! So close to the Old Plaza and Astronomical Clock! 5 min walk from the Palladium Mall which is very modern and also has a large variety of stores. Every morning we would just wake up and walk out and immediately had a choice of coffee or restaurants to go to. Also the in unit clothes washer came in really handy to wash jeans, sweaters, etc. We used the oven to make pizza one night when we wanted to stay in. The king size bed was excellent! Really happy with the property and communication.

I tried to contact by email on arrival as there was no hot water! We were given 2 towels for a three day stay also tried to contact by phone for fresh towels but no contact on either occasion! Also no iron !

No check-in desk, but the contactless Check-in was pretty easy but unless you have European calling capability the only way to communicate with the desk is by email. A live chat feature or texting feature would be great.

Very clean, well equipped appartment. Well located, near from old town of Prague. We could walk through all the city. Main gate-door, metal, noisy when guests enter late at night and slam it.

Great property (Appt 24 - Amadeus). Easy access with no need to check-in / obtain keys (access is via a PIN or YourKey app). Very clean. No air-con, but stand-up fan provided was more than sufficient. Easily walkable to the Town Square, Charles Bridge and other sights.
