Nice location. Super near to many attractions. Very bad service? I forgot to bring my charger and was trying to ask for the customer service for help. They are not willing to at first🥲 The hotel is nice. However, it doesn’t have the remote control for the air conditioner 😅 very big bathroom.

Thank s is worst ever hotel I have ever visited in my entire life. Be careful when you pay cuty tax in cash. They provide you the wrong receipt and ask you to pay again when check out. They even given ****** remarks for India and China. They do take deposit even though you paid full and they cut money from that even if you're not agreeing. Their staff takes things from mini bar and they will tell you that you have consumed those items. Be very very careful. I kindly request all india and China travellers to avoid booking this hotel.

Old palace hotel. Not easy for the luggage. But location and Breakfast worth a five stars hotel. Breakfast everyday is delicious and impressive.

The location is good. There is a snack street and commercial street outside the door. You can reach the National Museum within a short walk. The hotel room for two people is also quite big. If you leave your luggage to the receptionist, he will help us carry it to the room and ask for a tip. If you don't need the reception, remember to hold the luggage firmly. The front desk will ask for a deposit and tax in cash, so remember to keep the invoice.

The structure is located in a truly central and convenient position for visiting the city, despite the center the rooms were very quiet and no external noise could be heard. Large rooms and excellent breakfast, with a wide choice of both savory and sweet

In the downtown area, many popular attractions are within walking distance. There are also many restaurants downstairs. There are five or six parking spaces, so call ahead to make an appointment.

The location of the hotel is super good, 7 minutes walk from the Old Town Square, 10 minutes from the Charles Bridge, the room is big, tall and comfortable

The hotel is a lovely place to stay and very convenient for all facilities. The staff are very friendly and make you feel as though you are important to them.

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff took over an hour to get the room ready. The reception hall was a mess and only two people were working at the front desks. The hotel doesn’t seem to have been renovated in the past 30 years. It is clean but the decor is dated, the rugs are faded and broken and there was no AC in my very hot room. Prague is a very busy city and understandably so quite noisy. That said, the window isolation in the room was terrible and I heard tambourine playing, screaming and talking throughout the late hours… the hotel did not have ear plugs to offer guests.
