The staff was so friendly, everything about the hotel was spot on and the room me and my partner stayed in was very clean and looked after

Although the hotel and the room facilities feels a little aged, but really enjoyed the entire stay!

Arrived at the hotel and deducted 1500 CZK deposit, it's been more than half a month since I checked out and I still haven't gotten a refund!

It's just ok hotel. Nothing special.

While the outside of the hotel come into years the interior is well maintained. Rooms are okay size and tidy and clean. The breakfast is solid however, I did not order breakfast before (was walking in) and was treated as a 2nd class customer. In fact, I had to wait until other customers (who were behind me in the queue) were processed at the breakfast entrance.

The hotel is in a good location, but the building is a little old. The style is similar to the decoration style of county hotels in China around 2010, which is nostalgic. But in a popular tourist city, with such a location and such a price, there is nothing to complain about. The swimming pool costs money. In addition, China's UnionPay card is not accepted. Now many hotels, restaurants, and even cafes can be paid with China UnionPay credit cards. I don't know if their hotels are backward or despised? In addition, the Czech Republic is an EU country that retains the Czech rona payment. If you don't have Czech rona cash, there is a self-service exchange machine at the hotel's revolving door. For example, the exchange rate for the euro is 1:21.6. The exchange shop in the city is 1.24.2. And if you go to the mall to consume, some of them use 1:20 for euros. So it's up to you to choose. The hotel front desk did not prompt the self-service exchange machine. This service is not in place. I can still choose this hotel next time. In fact, it is very convenient to take a taxi to anywhere, and it is not far away.

The room had a strange smell. The decor is old but basically clean. The biggest problem is that the hair dryer can only blow for 30 seconds at a time, and then you have to wait for several minutes before you can continue to blow your hair, which is very annoying.

Everything very good in general. From room to room you can hear a little, the facilities are old... but the beds are very comfortable and the tub in the bathroom makes a difference. We ordered a drink at the bar and some pizzas that honestly could have been better... it is evident that the pizza is frozen. The waiters and receptionists were very friendly, as were the spa staff. Another positive thing is the location of the hotel, metro station and shopping just a two-minute walk away. All services at hand.

It's older but still very comfortable to live in. What I'm a bit dissatisfied with is that the gym and swimming pool have to be charged separately. The transportation nearby is very convenient. There is a large shopping mall downstairs.

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious (especially the local soup, drink it in winter and warm your stomach), the transportation is convenient, it is close to the highway, and it is convenient to travel by car; it is close to the subway station, and it is convenient to go to Prague Old Town.

After booking a twin room and checking in at the hotel, only the king bed was left, so I had no choice but to ask for it. The front desk sent welcome wine to the lobby as compensation. The room facilities are actually quite old. It would be better to stay on a high floor. Although there are 4 elevators, they are full of people during the morning peak hours (breakfast). People below ten floors can hardly get into the elevator and can only take the stairs. 😂 The breakfast was okay but not rich. There are many roads built around the hotel. At night, I couldn't find the road and had to go around in a long circle to get to the hotel entrance. There is a large mall next door that can satisfy Asian appetites.
