Location was excellent and place was clean. They even gave us access to the terrace from the penthouse suite because it was available. Terrace had a gorgeous view and sipping wine there with Mr friends was just awesome. Loved the water bottles at the front desk as we were able to pick one up before we head out for the day

This hotel have Quiet room. And so comfort to me. Employee is very kind. And good location. And nice breakfast.

This is the most reasonably priced hotel in Prague. I was satisfied with the room as it was larger than I expected, and it was convenient as it consisted of a bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The friendly staff made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. There is a tram stop a 1-minute walk away, making it convenient to get to the Old Town Square. In the morning, we recommend taking a walk in the park near the hotel. 😃

The staff is very friendly, and although the breakfast variety is small, they make fried eggs, scrambled eggs, and waffles themselves, so you can eat enough. The room was spacious, but very old, dust was visible in every corner, and the bathroom amenities were not systematically stocked, making it uncomfortable. But if you ask for it, give it kindly. We had two bathrooms, but the shower gel was empty and there wasn't even a drop of shower gel in it. One side only had two body lotions and no hand wash soap, and the other side only had hand wash. This is covered by the friendliness of the staff, but it would be nice if they were more attentive.

The hotel is very centrally located and offers a great combination of breakfast and self catering. The staff was always courteous and helpful.

I was traveling alone as a woman and came across a very good hotel. 24-hour front desk, clean and complete room facilities, slippers were provided (most European four-star hotels do not provide them), the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly, polite and patient

The location is right near the new town and river, so it’s great for a walk. Breakfast was friendly and included fried eggs, etc. They tell you to order and they will cook it for you. The fresh and thick orange juice is excellent. Above all, the room is large. It looks like an apartment turned into a hotel. There is a bedroom and a kitchen larger than the bedroom. There is an oven and all the utensils. You can buy meat and cook it in the oven. It's a shame that I didn't have time to cook because I only had two days. I plan to come back next time I come.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, very clean throughout. Excellent suite of rooms for a very reasonable price. We booked last minute late in the evening, as our previous accomodation was very poor. They couldn't do enough to accommodate us and upgraded us to a deluxe suite to make up for our disapoining arrival in Prague. Great breakfast. Served untill 11 too.

Never been to Prague before and arrived after an early flight from London. Receptionist was very welcoming offered us a coffee, a place to store our bags and a promise if our room was ready before 2pm he would call us. Absolutely brilliant 👍 Everything is in walking distance, brilliant placement for everything you need and to see. Hotel clean, friendly and very helpful. When we come back we would definitely recommend book here. Our room was a suite with it's own kitchenette and lounge area. Very comfortable and breakfast very plentiful from cooked breakfast, waffles, fruit, bakes and breads. Perfect stay! Highly recommend 👍

everything was good, friendly people, good rooms, clean, good breakfast, close to center , no or less noise inside the room from outside.

This hotel was perfect for our 3 day stay in Prague. The guy on reception, Maxim, was super friendly and helpful as was the guy serving the tables at breakfast. The apartments are spacious, very quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square so ideal for exploring the many attractions of the ancient city. I would highly recommend this hotel.
