Pros: Clean rooms, near tram stop, close to restaurants and shops.
Cons: Staff not friendly, breakfast is very limited, far from the center.

Good location, quiet and easy access.
Tram stop is only 2 minutes away and actually walkable to the old town.

Everything in this hotel was perfect except the receptionist. When I asked just for a glass of water he said the kitchen is closed.

The room is bigger than my expectation. Clean and quiet. All receptionist are pretty and fashion and professional. Next time when I travel to Prague, I will book this hotel again.

ROOM IS VERY CLEAN AND GOT GOOD SIZE THE HOTEL IS PROVIDING BREAKFAST BUT NEED A CHARGE SO I DID NOT TAKE IT

They charge more than what you stay at hotel as a city tax… and they don’t even ask about room clean unless you asks… waste of money and it’s cost more in time and money to go to city

The hotel is quite close to the tram stop and it was close to many restaurants. The room is quite clean and spacious. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is not too close in the city center but you can walk everywhere. Around hotel and hotel is clean.
