Love the room, huge space, space for dining and kitchen simple cooking, with all utensils available in the room. bathroom was huge, quiet place, nearby to the attractions and tram station, walking distance to many places including the prague main train station (not with luggage). Highly recommended this hotel for small family and vacation.

They have self service laundry, which was really convenient for us as we had hiking gear that needed to be washed.

location is strategic, walking distance from train station. the WhatsApp way of communication with house keeping and reception is amazing

Best 5 star hotel with nice location,breakfast and service

Very clean, good value for money and excellent location. Services are provided through an app and WhatsApp which might be a surprise for a full service hotel. Overall a good stay and more so for families who will make use of the kitchenette.

It is not a hotel. It's a building with apartments, and a small reception. Don't expect any usual service of a 5 star hotel, as they present themselves. Check-out is at 11 am, we asked for a little bit more time in the room and it was extra charge. It's a nice building, confortable apartment, but managed as a 3 star apartment building. No facilities, no spa, no welcome drink, not anything you expect at a 5 star property. Someone will give you a key and bye bye. They are very very busy all the time. Next time i will choose another property.

Everything was almost perfect except that the shower heater failed to work thrice despite feedback twice. The Frontline counter did send the technician to fix and it was operating fine on each first use after fix but after which, the water temperature suddenly become icy cold the next morning or scorching hot after using the shower halfway. It was really a pain using the shower each time, worrying either too cold or the water will burn your skin. Food at the resturant was also priced too high despite the ingredient were not of very expensive value.. Other than that, the room and service are terrific.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great in room kitchen facility. But the hotel haven’t provided toothbrush. Visitor must need to bring by themselves. Also, sometimes the air conditioners cannot adjusted the temperature and fan speed…. But honestly, it’s a great hotel in Prague. Recommended for staying.

Excellent services, friendly and helpful staff. Special tribute to the young man who provided the bell-boy services. He proactively helped us when we checked in at 5pm+ on June 7th and the next morning. The hotel is new and luxurious. The breakfast has wide variety and good quality. Restaurant staff are attentive and prompt. Overall, my family enjoyed the hotel tremendously. For those driving, the hotel has a guest exclusive underground car park. It’s a small car park and get fully occupied on weekend. Do make advance reservation. The car park entrance is next to the hotel lobby entrance. When checking in, need to ask the hotel staff to open the door. Note : is a door, not a gate. The opening is narrow, will be challenging for big car.

I booked a suite, it was luxurious, spaceful, clean, had everything from cooking utilities to dish washer, service was good. Had a funny incident when I contacted receptionist to request something and the person replied with “sorry, housekeeping not working”. Even though housekeeping persons were not working, he did his best to complete the mission. Great hotel! Definitely will come back!
