Many front desk staff were very arrogant. I sent an email to reserve a parking space, but they told me that they didn't receive the reservation. After I showed them the confirmation email, they just said that they forgot about it. That was it. No apology at all! It was terrible! Later, when we asked about parking at other locations, they also said that they were impetuous. Everyone must choose carefully.

Because we were arranged opposite the elevator, the sound insulation was slightly affected. The room was very clean, the service was no problem, and the breakfast was good.
We booked an executive room because we wanted a big window, but this room only had 2 small windows, which was different from the picture description. The sofa bed was thin and not completely flat, which slightly affected our rest.

Staff at the hotel is very professional and helpful, location is great, 15 mins by taxi to old town, also there is a parking area and room was very clean and tidy and breakfast was amazing lots of options , was happy that there was lots of vegetables
