The location is right in the center of the city, making it easy to move around. Check-in is done online after which you get an access code to the apartment. However, I didn't receive any communication from the property before the stay, so I had to call them and request a link for the check-in process.
The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. There's a coffee machine in the apartment, but no pods are provided—only tea bags which was disappointing considering the price. It was possible to leave luggage with the security staff at the entrance before check-in and after checkout, which was very convenient.
Overall it was a good experience.

There is no front desk in the hotel. It took me 2 hours to get in. I called them and they were impatient! ? Are you paying me to look at my face? There was no heating in the room for a while, and there was no coffee for a while! This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in abroad. It is not a hotel!

It's really spacious and great value for money. I personally recommend it more than a hotel. Rootu Pop accommodation with a great view. I stayed there for one day and am satisfied.
