Top 5-Star Hotels in Prague

The hotel is in an excellent location and the food is great. The rooms are very small. and charge even for a bottle of water that is in the minibar In addition to this, they told us in the morning that it would be possible to do a late checkout, then after 10 minutes they told us no and that we would have to pay an extra night if we wanted to stay. And they will give us a discount of 40 dollars. I think that if they make such a mistake they need to absorb it and not cause discomfort on the part of the customer.

Fantastic hotel, in a great location with a very helpful and attentive staff and excellent offering. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need for your stay (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher there is an oven as well but we didn't use it). Breakfast - beautifully laid out buffet bar offering warm and cold selection with an excellent choice for any dietary requirements; fresh ingredients, lovely local breads, fruit, pastry, freshly made omelettes - very tasty. Staff - Reception - young, welcoming, attentive, helpful - just great :-) Bar - Mr. Jan - absolute star who makes the best cocktail - if you like espresso martini - go for The Julius cocktail - it's just perfect after all day walking around Prague. Jan was super friendly, professional, no matter how big or small our bar order was. He kept the table always nice, tidy and his attentive service was very appreciated. Breakfast staff - team of buzzy Bees - making your stay wonderful, caring, taking care of the breakfast bar looking tidy and in order Cleaning ladies - kept our room nice, tidy and fresh. All we can say is - we had a fantastic stay and when back in Prague, we will be looking to stay at the Julius again. The hotel is very well placed, not too far from the local attractions and it always welcomes you back after a long day of exploring. Thank you again :-)!

I stayed here last weekend and all I can say is amazing, rooms are immaculate, while hotel is beautiful and the service is incredible! Every meme er of staff we met were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help! I would like to give a special mention to Petra who helped me so much when our airline lost our luggage and I didn’t have my essential medication, Petra was amazing and found a doctor immediately for me who provided me with my medication! All staff went above and beyond and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!

My friend and i stayed for 4 nights. Nice hotel in a good location for the old and new town. Patrick on reception was lovely and nothing was too much trouble e.g finding the nearest cat cafe for us to visit and giving us directions. He even offered his condolences on the queens sad death. To be fair all the staff were helpful lucy gave us directions to an indian takeaway that after our first visit we couldnt find again lol. Although rooms are perhaps a little dated they are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice with a good selection but mainly continental which i surpose is to be expected. We would 100% choose this hotel if we returned to prague in the future.

The location is good, self-service choices in the morning are also available, the facilities are not much different from the four-star hotels, the sanitation is better than the four-star hotels, and the hotel's restaurants are less open to the public than some other hotels. However, the price booked by Ctrip is much more expensive than that booked directly at the hotel. Fortunately, when I booked, I wanted to see how the location was. I only booked for one day and asked about the price. The remaining days are directly renewed at the hotel. Not only does it include a buffet breakfast, but it is also cheap. several hundred.

Just got back from a 4 day break at this hotel. The hotel arranged a pick up from the airport for us and then driver was waiting when we arrived. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, asking us what sort of bed we would like and which floor we wanted to be on. We were on first floor and the room was lovely, air conditioning was great and the bed was soooo comfortable i wanted to take it home with me! Bar was used whilst we were there with reasonable priced drinks. Found all the staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss but always a good selection of continental food. The location was great and very central to everything.. we walked everywhere but trams are regular just around the corner. Modern shopping centre nearby too. Would definitely stay here again

We got a family room for 3 people and the beds were amazing. The room and bath room is clean, coffee and tea available in the room, mini fridge. Shower, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion of the finest - really good quality. Service was good. Breakfast was in restaurant next door and it was pretty good. You got bus and tram just outside the hotel and metro 100 meters away. Many cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood and walking distance to center

Nice location. Super near to many attractions. Very bad service? I forgot to bring my charger and was trying to ask for the customer service for help. They are not willing to at first🥲 The hotel is nice. However, it doesn’t have the remote control for the air conditioner 😅 very big bathroom.

This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

Hotel in an excellent location, excellent breakfast but really poor reception: we booked through the restaurant reception for 25/12. The day before we go to the hotel restaurant to ask for confirmation and they tell us that there is no reservation! Luckily they find a place for us! But just luck. I ask the reception for clarification and they don't know what to say! Today during check out they ask me how many bottles of water we consumed in the room, honestly I thought the ones on the desk were free! However, I indicate the number, I pay by card, their POS doesn't work, I tell them to turn it off and on again but it tells me that the card obviously has no funds! Really rude and disrespectful!
