I was shocked at how nice the hotel is, the aesthetic is beautiful. The room was also the same and looked well looked after. It’s also in a good area and fairly quiet except for the sound of the dining room roof moving around at times. My issues were the TV not working properly on YouTube, it would freeze so frequently that we couldn’t watch tv much at times and randomly turn off or at least have a black screen suddenly and I think it’s a wifi issue as my phone loaded slowly too or not all. The pillows are too soft and not the most comfortable. Another was the mini bar charging extra for simple drinks. Lastly I asked for an adapter and told I had to pay only for the guy to suddenly find a free used one I could use for free, I don’t expect to have money ****** out of my wallet for a simple adapter. A pretty good hotel with a few things I did not like.

The breakfast is very delicious, the variety is not too much, everything is delicious, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon fried edamame, cheese slices, fried potato cakes are all very delicious, the most praise is freshly squeezed orange juice, very sweet, The hotel minibar soft drink is very pleasant to surprise. There is a viewing platform overlooking the old city, close to the watchtower and the castle area. It is easy to get around. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the station and the location is unique. Very worth staying. The most beautiful library is right next to the hotel. The room is clean and tidy, it is recommended to stay!

The environment of the hotel is very beautiful, the front desk lady is very nice, very patient to introduce us to the attractions and food. The breakfast at the hotel is also very good, I opened the window and the view was very good. When I checked in, there was a letter in the room with my own signature, and the details were very good.

On first impressions not good. No signage to reception and exterior in poor condition. Reception staff found it hard to understand English and spent most of time on their phones. Room large and spacious but no safe or ventilation system as stated on website. One bedside lamp bulb holder hanging off with exposed wiring and only 1 bulb out of 4 working in ceiling. Spoke to reception regarding issues and returned from day out to find lamp repaired but bulbs not changed. No drink making facility in room or fridge. Wanted 12 euro a day for beverage making facility. Also no safe in room as stated on website. Breakfast not brilliant. Only hot food was frankfurters fried eggs and eggy bread. On one occasion went down to find no bread for toast. Had to knock kitchen door and was greeted by woman who did not understand me. Only one hot drink machine which dispensed warm drinks and took on average 2 minutes to dispense which adds up when a cue is formed. There was cereal but no milk available. Cleanliness was not brilliant. The beds were not made up daily only towels changed and bins emptied. On the final day we had to vacate by 11am. As our transfer was not untill 6.55pm they stored our cases for us. We returned at 3.30pm hoping to be able to freshen up and change but were informed that there was no toilets available to use only the ones in the rooms so we had to sit there awaiting our transfer for 3 and a half hours with no drink or toilet facilities, I think this must be on the bottom of the scale in the EA Hotel group. Prague is a beautiful city and well worth a visit but I would recommend another hotel.

The location is relatively partial, walking to climb, and overall satisfaction with the hotel. Dissatisfied with Ctrip, more expensive than other apps, and does not include breakfast, agoda price is cheaper than Ctrip, including early cancellation can be free, Ctrip can not cancel, and Ctrip to make money for breakfast, typical slaughter Cooked, this time I have set a lot of hotels and air tickets on Ctrip, most of the hotels do not include early, and the hotel has a big bed room but can only set the standard room, the hotel front desk is very surprised, how can I set a twin room, ask for leadership Can't change rooms, let me contact Ctrip to see if I can change, forget it, I will definitely not use Ctrip again in the future. After the trip is over, I will completely uninstall Ctrip. Goodbye.
