Absolutely amazing resort! Completely brand new and located on a magnificent beach. Views from the rooms are spectacular. Very long heated pool, beautiful and stylish decoration throughout and excellent food. Highly recommended!

A stunning experience !!!!
What an absolutely wonderful hotel in a wonderful location!!! - From the moment of arrival - I was treated superbly!!! My room was the Astor Suite and for the 3 days I had a fabulous time there.
Maryam the Deputy Manager was outstanding and customer service is throughout every aspect of the hotel experience.
The room was amazing and `I was able to work and enjoy at the same time. The hotel is fresh and clean and has space and beautiful citrus aromas in the hotel public areas.
The Pool was fabulous and the staff so attentive. There is a pool and private beach area. The staff were constantly offering drinks and little touches of food offerings - amazing.
Breakfast was buffet and constantly fully catered for to all tastes, my favourite was the yogurts with fruit. They made poached eggs/avocado and mushrooms which was historic!!
I had a spa treatment which I did not want to end - it was fabulous.
The bathroom products are Sodashi and again wonderful.
I will definitely come back to the St Regis and cannot wait to come back with friends. Everyone at the hotel were exceptional and could not do enough for me!! It was simply amazing

Our time at the St. Regis was AMAZING! Everything was perfect: the location, the rooms, the facilities, the room service, the FOOD! However, what made this magical was the service and the staff. They were all extremely friendly and would go out of their way to help and make sure my husband's and I's experience was perfect. A special shoutout to Hudaifa, Faisal, Reda and all of them at the resort. I highly recommend you stay here!

My review has been informed by comparison with my experience at Royal Mansor, five day stay immediately before our stay at the St Regis, and our previous vacations at St Regis resorts (Langkawi, Maldives, and Bali). Positives (1) Delightful mornings and evenings watching the sun rising and setting (2) Enthusiastic junior staff willing to help the best they can to address specific requests (3) Heated outdoor pool Room for improvement (1) Failure to meet St Regis customer service standards. For example, lack of amenities to facilitate the St Regis ceremonies for example no English Breakfast or black tea, use of locally produced unpalatable sparkling wine for the evening champagne sabering ceremony, and no consistent provision of tea and coffee through the butler service. (2) Large areas of the hotel, approx 1/3, poorly maintained for example loose tiles in the swimming pool, water features not working, disabled toilet with no lock, disabled toilet not cleaned or refreshed. The beach bar and surrounding sitting area, approximately 1/5 of the resort, not in use or maintained. (3) The excessive use of university / college students to deliver service with limited to no managerial oversight. (4) Small and poorly maintained suites, for example, faulty front door lock and broken balcony door. Cleaning and turn down services provided inconsistently. (5) Disappointing breakfast in terms of selection and quality. (6) No nominated deputy whilst the general manager is not present at the reaort. General manager unavailable to meet in person or for a telephone conversation. These observations are consistent with previous reviews which I did not place sufficient emphasis on when planning my vacation. Be extremely cautious when considering your vacation plans. Please see my other 5 star review of Royal Mansour which is also located in Tamuda Bay.

My wife and I visited this resort in Tamuda for some R&R, after spending some time in Portugal with friends. This was by far the highlight of our entire trip. The staff is absolutely amazing and the resort is beautiful. Yassir, Mariame, Youssef, Khouloud, and Salma were always there to help us, whether it was an random request, activity suggestion, excursion, dinner reservation or tour guide recommendation. The even set up a custom cooking experience with Chef Jaouad and Chef Aya, where we learned how to make authentic Moroccan food! I would highly recommend this hidden gem of a resort to anyone. We can't go wait to back and visit again.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Der Barkeeper Hicham ist der Beste und geht auf alle Cocktailwünsche ein. Und wenn wir ins Restaurant gehen freuen wir uns, denn wir werden von Reda sehr verwöhnt. Wir können es nur sehr empfehlen.
