Fishergate Apartments

Great communication from the staff and also a great stay!! They were very responsive and also very helpful in resolving any issues I had would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Preston area. Great location aswell close to the station.

Very modern clean roomy apartment. 2min walk from the train station. Beds were very. Comfortable and the apartment was comfortable and war. Made to feel welcome upon arrival. Car parking available. In easy walking distance to the shops.

Not what it's portrayed in the pictures. Not safe for children! Owner extremely rude. The Irish guy, absolutely lazy. Filthy dirty, the bed hadn't been changed. Blood spots on the pillows, hair in the fridge and shower. Poo was left in the toilet. No toilet roll left in the bathroom. Toothpaste all over the sink. It stunk of *****!! Disgusting! Didn't get my money back!

The check-in instructions were easy to follow. Manager Ian greeted me. His jokes were many but no tour of the room was given, so later on, I did not know all the steps in how to increase the good microwaves cooking time. The fittings are quality. However the wL-in shower had a glass holder, a big no no, and the water in the shower was not hot to Australian standards. But this is the UK where the locals shower little! The bed was comfortable but lacked a top sheet. Doonas alone are unhygienic. Lighting was excellent but electric underfloor heating takes two hours. If available, natural gas is way better. The large fridge was great but again, no gas cooking, only induction electric that I dislike. There were no spare rolls of toilet paper but the nanager provided one when I asked. Should always be a spare! There was a sofa and TV. Not much traffic or other noise and very convenient to the marvellous Preston railway station. I used it a lot. Best way to travel. Restaurants a 10 minute walk away plus Sainsbury's Local mini supermarket.

By far the most misleading place. The bare minimum of everything and None of the smart appliances that it offers. Cheaply furnished and decorated, The owner is rude and disrespectful. Do not give this man your moneys.

I booked a single room for 2 nights and it was well worth the money. Easy access to the railway station, 3 minute walk, close to shops etc. and helpful, friendly staff. The place is not as modern and pristine as the website shows but perfectly acceptable for convenience. As a senior person I also felt safe both in the building and the surrounding area.

Great value located on the main street few meters from the railway station. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Common kitchen with all utilities. Lady in charge vey nice and service minded. Rooms and bathrooms modern, nicely decorated. Fast internet. You will enjoy your visit.

brilliant location, friendly hosts, lovely apartment with a really comfortable bed, kitchen was fully eqiupped with all the latest amenities (didnt need to use any as was staying on a one night layover from blackpool to london)! highly recommend!

Probably one of the most miss-leading booking sites I've ever seen. We stayed here just after Christmas as a January getaway and we were shocked at how disgusting and dirty the apartment was. Grime and mould around the shower and the whole place just smelt like damp... Avoid!!!
