I booked the hotel for my parents anniversary, the owner was wonderful making the evening special for them. My parents loved the food, the room and the hospitality. Will be visiting the hotel myself soon.

Staff was great. I was disappointed with the size of the bath, looks much bigger on the pictures online. And the breakfast was not nice. The omelets was very oily and cold and the bacon was not crispy.
But other than that, it was a lovely stay!

The room which we stayed in was dark and dingy and we had to use a flashlight in the evening because of insufficient lightening in the room. After complaining they offered another room without addressing the issue. The room has worn and the fittings were out of date. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast which was good.

3 of us stayed for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom apartment at Waterfalls. The staff are super friendly & provided much guidance. They have a large generator to overcome load shedding... Breakfasts are excellent!

Bon séjour d étape dans ce boutique hôtel. Dommage pour les nombreuses coupures de courant comme dans tout le pays. Ce qui rend le wifi peu performant en chambre mais de bonne qualité à la réception. Absence de transport en commun sécurisé mais bon services d'Uber.

This charming boutique hotel really blew us away. Why? Their staff. They're like family. They treat each other well, seem to really enjoy working together, and that really pays off with how they treat their guests. They have a small koi pond, and the kids loved helping the staff feed the fish. The daily breakfasts were delicious and they had a good variety of foods, from fruit and yogurt to sausages, bacon, and eggs. The rooms were comfortable and we had access to a kitchenette. They also did everything they could to work to accommodate our needs.
