Perfect swimming pool, also a small one for our baby. Veeery spacious room,clean and new which allowed us to feel we are on vacation in a resort. Excellent breakfast. I asked a specific fruit for the baby and they literally went to the grocery shop to find it. No words for their kindness.

Good structure, not so far from the city centre (but you need to take the car to go there). Rooms are spacious, not so completely soundproofed. Good breakfast. I recommend it.

Wir Besuchten das DaLuz Hotel zum 5ten mal. Alles war in Ordnung, Sauberkeit, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück.
Was nicht stimmt ist das Essen im Restaurant.
Wenn schon nur 4 Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl stehen dann sollten diese gut sein…Wir haben den Fisch und die Spaghetti ausprobiert…leider beides eine Zumutung.

Lovely hotel just out of town
Staff friendly and very helpful even ordered pizza and charged to the room.
Breakfast freshly cooked to order.
Plenty of parking.

The hotel is very high standard. Staff is all extremly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is like a little paradise. Green, flowers, singing birds. We we really resting. Everywhere in the hotel area was extremly clean. Breakfast was unbelievable and swimming pool quite good size. If you wanted to go to Preveza city, so it was easy to get a taxi and it costs 6 euro to one direction (so quite cheap). Hotel had also bicycles and we biked the surroundings and foun a littke village restaurant called Olanthe (worth visiting) in village called Agios Thomas. The menu in restaurant could be a little bit larger. But overall 10/10. We enjoyd, rested, slept long in a good bed! We were from Finland and here were people from other scandinavian countries and the loved it also.

The property has nice amenities. However, the owners failed to mentioned that they have turned their small pool into community pool, where every one is welcome to come after they pay a fee based on their age. The serenity goes away as soon as you have 20 kids.teengers jumping in out of the pool. Impossible to be in it or swim either. The manager was not willing to rectify the situation and showed very poor customer service skill, borderline rude. I contacted ******* and they tried to help with no success either.
