The property needs better maintenance. The area around the pool and lift stinks. The breakfast is too limited and needs a bit more options. The staff is fine and attentive. The rooms are okay.

Location is convenient. Entrance going to the parking lot pavement needed attention. And upon checking in to our room we found out that the air conditioning filter in our room is so gross. It must've been overlooked and haven't been changed for sometime.

Many examples of disrepair including the door handle to our hallway, door handle to the bathroom, dirty floors especially in the elevator, soap containers were empty.
The staff were pleasant. The breakfast room provided a good breakfast.
