Hotel very well located in Providencia, 5 minutes walk from Costanera Center, Metro and close to Santiago's main tourist attractions and bohemian neighborhoods. I stayed in a single room. The hotel itself is in good condition, but it is not new and needs renovation. The hotel floor, doors and beds are made of wood, there is only one bathroom for all guests, so you need to bring shampoo, conditioner and soap. Refrigerators are also shared and there are no refrigerators in the rooms. The Wi-Fi fluctuates constantly (in room 9 it practically doesn't work. I had to sit at the table in front of the room to connect to the network). Positive points: Very good service, ok breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable bed, water available and self check-in and check-out To improve: Wi-Fi that fluctuates constantly, ventilation in room 9 is non-existent, very hot during the day, it is not possible to avoid sunlight in the morning and breakfast time starts very late and another bathroom is available.

It said breakfast included, and they charged for breakfast separately.

I travel constantly to Stgo and use accommodations of this type and in this case the price/quality ratio was not the best. I think the location is good, but in the service... nothing to worry about and the breakfast... was taken to the room, on the tray were the glasses with hot water without at least a lid, the utensils in any way. part, the ham and cheese uncovered, the same as some cakes they put, or be careful with hygiene or sanitary standards, the truth is a disappointment for the price and location.
