Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura, ma non siamo affatto contenti. Non c'è stata accoglienza all'arrivo, la chiave era nella porta e vige il fai da te. Tornati in struttura dopo cena una signora si affaccia al balcone e ci grida se siamo quelli della stanza nr.4. A mezzanotte inizia il concerto di abbaiate e ululate dei due cani della proprietaria. Alle 2,30 di notte esasperati abbiamo chiamato il proprietario che piuttosto adirato per essere stato svegliato ci ha insultato e sbattuto il telefono in faccia. I cani hanno continuato ad abbaiare fino alle 7 del mattino, quando ribadendo il disagio, la signora addetta alla colazione si è anche risentita, perché il cancello andava lasciato aperto per permettere ai cani di latrare altrove. Conclusione? Forse è meglio alloggiarci a CAPODANNO così si tira a fare mattina e buon anno a tutti.

Da evitare, poco professionali. Ho effettuato una prenotazione per due camere 11 giorni prima del soggiorno. Solo due giorni prima della partenza, il responsabile della struttura mi ha comunicato telefonicamente che la mia prenotazione non era valida, in quanto già al completo. Pur avendo rappresentato di aver ricevuto la prevista conferma da Booking, e, ovviamente, dalla struttura stessa, il responsabile ha fornito delle giustificazioni abbastanza fumose e discutibili, dal fatto di avere una clientela affezionata, a problemi tecnici, al fatto che a lui risultava in attesa di conferma .etc..etc.. Utilizzo Booking da più di 20 anni e, onestamente, non è mai successo che venga confermata una prenotazione all’insaputa della struttura, cosa che mi ha sottolineato anche il servizio clienti di Booking, garantendomi una rigida segnalazione dell’accaduto. Ciliegina sulla torta, il solerte responsabile mi ha garantito il suo impegno nel reperire una soluzione alternativa che mi avrebbe comunicato a breve. Chiaramente non è accaduto. Comportamento pessimo.

Stefano e il suo quasi gemello sono molto ospitali e simpatici. Camere ben tenute ed accoglienti. Il silenzio notturno era rotto solo dal nostro russare. Colazioni strepitose con torte fatte in casa dalla Mamma. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Moto Sapiens Roads

I stopped, traveling by motorbike, for one night. The property is located in a very quiet countryside location, a stone's throw from the city of L'Aquila and Campo Imperatore, a very popular destination for motorcyclists. The rooms are basic, but clean and with flat screen TVs. There is not even a sound at night. The lady welcomed me very kindly and I was able to really appreciate the breakfast with homemade cakes, pastries and biscuits. Very nice the labrador Tobia playful and affectionate. I will definitely be back ...
