Another lovely stay at this family run hotel. I am not sure how many times we have stayed now but it does not disappoint. Don't come here if you like large chain run hotels, as this is a family run hotel with rooms overlooking beautiful Lake Orta - in which you can swim from the hotel or use the newly refurbished swimming pool. A lovely restaurant overlooking the lake with excellent food and service. A great roof top bar and friendly and helpful staff.

Upon arrival, we found a noisy air conditioner that would have made a peaceful nights stay impossible. Management offered an upgrade to a penthouse unit for a nominal increase because all other rooms were booked. Staff were very helpful with multi-lingual capabilities. Although, located near a busy interchange, road noise was not an issue.

Just entered a nice and well-placed place, but the nightmare came when we entered the residence room, broken walls, disintegrated entry door, the cleaning that happened afternoon and then either you rested or waited for cleaning the room, the only positive note in all this the parking near the rooms, the pool was poorly maintained, with the floor was half lifted, they organized a birthday in the pool and excuse the time they had gone widely for rest hours. Afternoon, ball music from 12 to 20, the lunch served under a box out which with 40 degrees in the shadow was not the most, the structure might really give much but it is not absolutely to be considered a 4 stars, ah to not mention the hidden costs of the full pension, the food drinks are not included and after paying €1200 for 5 days they made me pay €70 of water for both lunch and dinner, to not say that there are drivers of tourist buses who both lunch and dinner cry and beep as if there was no tomorrow ...... bad holiday that in a northern Italy structure you wouldn't expect, I'm sorry especially for the staff who puts us so much love. particularly girls serve lunch and dinner.....state out

Just returned from a family holiday at Lago Maggiore. Was with a Maltese group. The Hotel is ideal, centrally located, easy to reach, being adjacent to a train station and the rooms are spacious. We had a corner room wherein we were with our kids. We had a separate room from the kids. Well light by natural sunshine, which we experienced during our stay. The rooms were kept clean and regular change if towels. The building needs an uplift, however still well kept. We had a half board package. The food was exquisite and abundant. We had 3 course meal daily, with water supply during the meal, at request. The staff are polite and their hospitality is abundant.

We had the fashion suite and we were happy! It's even more beautiful in true: the shower in the Chanel flask, the bubble bath in the Vuitton bag and the toilets in a Hermes bag ! The wooden bed is too nice ! Super for pin up photos !
