HOTEL DA INCUBI: sporcizia e male organizzazione regnano, moquette usurata e sporca, bagno vecchio e sporco, il letto scomodo ma era la meno. dovevo soggiornare due notti ma dopo la prima notte ho preferito andare via. sconsigliatissimo

Terrible stay in this hotel for one night. Bed bugs and no Wifi. Rooms are very small. No air-conditioner or fans. Very uncomfortable beds. Breakfast was very average. Not a good place to stay at all. Waste of time and money. Thomas Cook shouldn't promote this hotel.

Worst stay. No wifi. Rooms are small and absolutely not comfortable. They have bedbugs in their mattress. Not clean Worst stay ever. Thomas Cook shouldn't promote this hotel for their tour guests. It's very uncomfortable and not clean at all. No acc, fan nothing. Told to keep windows open. Wouldn't ever like to stay here again

Hotel Pessimo, se potessi darei 0 stelle!! Gita scolastica rovinata a causa di questo hotel. I ragazzi dovevano rimanere 3 notti ma dopo il primo giorno da incubo il successivo hanno deciso di cambiare hotel. Camere sporche e cibo immangiabile. Puzza di fogna terribile nel bagno, moquette sporca, letto durissimo e cuscino come una sottiletta. Chiave elettronica difettosa! A cena hanno provato a servire del cibo immangiabile che è stato rifiutato. Da evitare assolutamente!!!

Very bad hotel to stay. No wifi and rooms are small. Beds are filled with bugs. No ac or fans inspite of the weather being very very hot. Really a very Substandard hotel. Avoid staying in this . Stayed on 27th may 2024 and came from India. Did not expect this from this hotel. Really felt like cheated

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. There was not hot water in the bathroom at the second evening and next morning. We have to wait a very long time to check out because there was not recpionist staff. The room is old-fashioned, carpet is worn, the wallpaper is dirty, but the towel and bed linen were clear. The breakfast was poor expect the coffee that was great. :)

guardando le recensioni precedenti ero un po' dubbioso ma soggiornando nella struttura mi sono dovuto ricredere . Camera e staff accoglienti e gentili. Colazione con prodotti freschi. Insomma tutto perfetto , da consigliare

al nostro arrivo, l'addetta ha fatto confusione con l'assegnazione delle stanze, abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora prima di avere la nostra stanza. Moquette usurata, asciugamani diversi, , un letto matrimoniale con piumini singoli ( il matrimoniale è stato messo il giorno dopo) e senza copriletto (conservato nell'armadio). La stessa confusione è stata presente anche al momento della cena, per cui deduco la totale mancanza di organizzazione e di supervisione. il personale è sottodimensionato e poco preparato. Manca la concezione dell'accoglienza. Più sorrisi sarebbero un bel biglietto di presentazione per i turisti.

Entrando nella stanza si vede subito una mancata cura del posto. Moquette molto usurata e sporca, asciugamani sporchi, molto calcare nella doccia, e sciacquone rotto. Inoltre chiedendo di cambiare l'asciugamano, ne hanno portato un'altra ancora più sporco.
