Fab little hotel to stay while in Pisa! Great location to airport, train station and The Leaning Tower of Pisa. Would highly recommend this clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is simple and idea for our needs. Great coffee and the the staff are super helpful!

Sweet little hotel ideal for our one night stay before we went to Florence. Not far from the airport or train station. Friendly staff, extremely clean and lovely outside area for breakfast. Not far to restaurants and bars and about 25 mins to Tower

An absolute gem of a hotel. The hotel is ideally situated, only 10 mins. from Pisa airport. And its in the perfect location to explore Pisa. And within easy walking distance to the Train station. Where you can travel to Florence, Rome and the Tuscany area. This traditional Italian styled hotel, offers exceptional value, with quality rooms, at affordable prices. And it is supported by a family, who take great care and pride, in offering a warm and friendly service. Breakfast can be enjoyed, either outside in the garden, or indoors. There was always a plentiful good choice of food and drinks. Which gave a good start to everyday. Will definitely be staying here again.

This is a lovely hotel.Friendly staff . Close to the railway station and the town centre.Large clean room with wonderful high ceiling and an extremely comfortable bed . Bathroom large and clean with a fairly powerful. We have room only so unfortunately I am unable to comment on the breakfast. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Staff were fabulous very friendly and helpful,very clean and nice garden to have a drink,quite central good location,fifteen minutes to the tower Only issue no tea coffee facilities in room if you’re an early riser would make it five stars

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Alessandro Della Spina fell short of expectations. While the location and exterior of the hotel seemed promising, the reality inside was quite different. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the overwhelming presence of black mold. Dark patches covered the walls and ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom, making it challenging to relax and enjoy my stay. In addition to the black mold issue, cleanliness was a concern. Dust and grime were visible throughout the space, indicating a lack of thorough housekeeping. This, combined with the mold problem, created an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Furthermore, the hotel's amenities did not meet expectations. The wifi was unreliable, frequently dropping out, and the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. Opening the window for relief only led to increased noise from the hotel's car park. Overall, my experience at Hotel Alessandro Della Spina was deeply disappointing. Despite its attractive exterior and convenient location, the presence of black mold and subpar cleanliness standards overshadowed any potential positives. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.
