Terrible. Dirty, a curtain in the middle of the room that the host keeps various objects and utensils behind, as well as cloths and towels that looked dirty. A sadness. I booked through booking and in the end I did the evaluation that booking recommended. I rated it with a seven and gave feedback about different treatment between guests, as the host provides two addresses. As incredible as it may seem, he started attacking me through the booking chat. On this trip I stayed in ten different accommodations. No one else treated me badly. Just this one. The message is ridiculous because there is a tourist tax in every city in Italy and none of the establishments were rude to that point. All in all, bad experience. A rude, rude host without the slightest emotional capacity to maintain customer service. I don't recommend this place to anyone. There are many, many, many other accommodations in even better located locations at similar prices where the guest does not need to be upset and stressed due to the rudeness, treatment of the host or the dirtiness of the place.

This hotel is listed in the way of walking on the earth. It's close to the arena, but the room is very quiet. When people talk in the corridor, the building itself is old, so it sounds. The equipment itself had no problem and there was a window with a screen door for midsummer. There was no kettle pot in the single room. The room was clean and I thought the staff was willing to be worth the price. I would like to visit this time if I have the opportunity to watch the outdoor opera.

It was so great I still have check-in time, but I was so grateful for the help and the room was the only balcony with the terrace. I rested so well for two nights and went. Especially on the last evening, I bought wine at a nearby supermarket. I was very happy to borrow the wine opener and bring it to me after using it. I was surprised to say ”Thank you” in Korean. Their kindness and service were as great as 5 stars. I will visit there when I get there again. Thank you for the tree during 2 nights.
