Pesima Experiencia en este Hotel
Pesima Experiencia, el hotel no tiene una recepcion para que llegues, llegamos un poco antes de las 10pm y ya estaba cerrado, no hay quien te entregue la llave y practicamente te dejan en la calle y sin habitacion, no se preocupan por dejar la llave de un huesped q saben q va a llegar por q tienen una reserva pendiente, piden q te acoples a los horarios q te dan como si uno como usuario no pudiera tener imprevistos de retrasos... Lo peor es q te dejan en la calle sin preocuparse donde duermas y si te cobran la habitacion por q para ellos la tenias reservada... Abusivos y Ventajosos... La peor experiencia que e tenido en renta de hoteles por medio de esta app, deberian de sacar establecimientos q no tiene la capacidad de dar un servicio de hotel como es en cualquier parte del mundo

Ck in during check in hours
Check in with staff on site. We were told one room and at self check in another room was provided indication a different room which we did not have the key code to. The code worked for the room initially assigned via email -but, someone was in that room. I messed with the combination sequence until I lucked out. In the mean time we did call and had a Spanish speaking lady assist so voice messages were left. No reply.
Also no hot water - the shower was interesting.

Ok but not advisable
The hotel is nicely decorated, however the service was not optimal, one night I had to go out at 3 am to ask the next door guest to low the volume down because nobody in the hotel took action. I was traveling with my 2 kids. The food of the restaurant is ok not even the waffles were good, we decided to take breakfast better in the marina. The thing that saves it is the pool

No hot water, avoid this hotel
There was no hot water after 2 days and the toilet was broken. Had to check out and book a different hotel after 2 nights. Hotel staff was not able to fix the hot water. They lied and told me it was being fixed but nobody fixed anything. Good waffles, horrible hotel.

Hotel cerrado para check in late dormirme en la calle.
Nuestro vuelo se retraso varias horas, avisamos a tiempo que nos esperaran para hacer un late check in. Cuando llegamos tarde en la noche, nadie nos esperó, dormimos literalmente en la calle! Por la mañana buscamos otro hotel. Fue la peor experiencia de mi vida.

Checking into Chez Waffle
Great place! Had trouble checking into Chez Waffle. Staff departs by 4:00 pm. I arrived late around 7:00 pm and everything was closed. I walked around back to find another guest who helped me get into my room. She told me I needed WhatsApp on my phone. Found out that the hotel texts you check in information. So all turned out great! Cute place rustic.

Overall a decent room, but not worth the price.
The staff was friendly & the service good. Overall the room was fine, but overpriced for the following reasons: The water pressure was very low most of the time--insufficient for washing hair. Lighting was soft everywhere, even in the bathroom. Lounge chairs were useless for working at the desk (I brought in a chair from the balcony).

Boiling in Mexico
The A/C didnt work. The room was boiling. Highly uncomfortable. WiFi was iffy most of my stay.

It is a very good place and only need maintenance, in the window bathroom need a mosquito net, in the outside need clean to better view to boat transit
