+ ——— L’équipe et la disponibilité des employés (reception, …) Chambre correcte mais propreté à revoir ! - ——— Cafard retrouvé dans la chambre Choix très réduit lors des repas (demi-pension) Piscine non chauffée (alors qu’il est dit tout le contraire dans l’annonce) Pas d’animations ou alors l’endroit était très bien caché Hôtel dans l’ensemble assez vieux avec une envie de le rendre « plus moderne » Manque d’insonorisation (l’impression que les voitures et moto étaient dans la chambre)

Stayed here for 3 weeks this time last year and did a review then , but we liked it enough to return and having done 4 weeks of a five week stay, feel qualified enough to write another!I think some of the negative reviews on here are from people who expect too much, if you want 5 star luxury, it is available up the road at the hotel Botanico ( at 3 times the price) I’m not saying its perfect and there is some building work going on at the moment as the hotel is being upgraded but it has a relaxed feel, never too busy or noisy, the pool area is lovely, and the new rooftop bar and jacuzzis are beautiful. But the main thing we love about this hotel is the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful. Pedro the restaurant manager, they guy who looks after the pool and surrounding area, Ruth our room maid, are typical hard working but lovely friendly people and are a credit to the hotel along with many others. We will be returning!

Buono ma si può migliorare
L'hotel è in generale buono. Servizio reception e ristorante super. Pranzo potrebbe migliorare (poca scelta) mentre la cena (ottima varietà). La stanza è bella e con bella visuale peccato l'aria condizionata troppo rumorosa e la doccia sarebbe da ristrutturare. L'hotel non è distante dl mare ma ahimè impegnativa scalinata da fare

El Tope hols
It’s was a nice stay overall. The food were delicious and the staffs are very friendly. Our room is always clean.
The location is not bad it’s about 15 minutes going to the beach and around 8 minutes to the grocery inside a small shopping mall.
It’s also near some small local restaurants. Going back to the hotel is uphill. It’s a struggle if you’re not very fit, me and my wife always have to stop halfway to catch our breath. In the room there’s no kettle provided and you have to rent the safety box.
We booked our holiday from 5-10 September 2022 which is after summer break surprisingly it’s still a little bit busy. I would like to mention Isabel from front desk as she’s very friendly and helpful all the time

Als Übernachtungsbasis ist es gut
Für den Preis ist es gut. Man soll nicht zu viel erwarten. Wir blieben 6 Nächte und haben dabei Tagesausflüge gemacht und auswärts gefrühstückt. Ich würde meine Ferien nicht in dieser Anlage verbringen. Dafür gingen wir danach in ein anderes Hotel mit Poollandschaft. Für diesen Preis muss man halt damit klar kommen, dass ein Kinderbett zusammenbricht, die Klimaanlage ausfällt und die Balkontüre zu streng zum öffnen ist. Ich empfehle das Hotel für Paare oder Familien, die es als Übernachtungsbasis nutzen wollen, denn sauber und nett ist es und die Lage ist auch gut.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für Familys
Älteres Hotel an guter Lage mit reichhaltigem und schmackhaften Frühstücksbuffet. Leider nur wenige kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Hotelareal. Sind die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel besetzt, kann die Suche, vorallem am Wochenende (am Abend), sehr sehr mühsam sein! Hotel ist aber zu diesem Preis absolut empfehlenswert!!
