Nos gustó el trato del personal del hotel, en general. Muy amables y serviciales. También destacamos la piscina. La comida muy básica y es buffet. Repetiríamos.

Ok stay. Expected more options for food. Where there was only one theme night other lunchtimes and dinners were repetitive or meal options were odd and could not create a meal from them. Stuck to salads in the end where the meat was disappointing. Traditional paella was only available at additional cost. Lifts were frustrating when staying on a high level. Rooms were clean. Staff who we engaged with were friendly.

Bon établissement. La qualité des boissons en all incluse est médiocre. Malgré des entrées peu variées, la nourriture est correcte. Personnel de l'accueil parlant bien le français.

We were travelling in a couple and we wanted to visit as many places on Tenerife, as we could. That means that we only slept and ate on the hotel and for that the hotel was great. But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in case you want to spend all day on the hotel.

Our expectations were much higher for this hotel, based on photos and reviews we read online. The hotel is old-school and provides very basic service for it's rather high price. Food was terrible, I wouldn't even consider most of the things served here as edible. The rooms have AC at least, that's one good thing. Small balconies with little to no privacy. I have no idea where the hotel got it's 4 stars, but I'd definitely doesn't match that rating. Hotel is more like an average 3*

How come men have to wear long t-shirts and women can go in with bikini tops and a wrap round over the bottom hardly anything to do in the day time same music all day at the pool pool tiles could do with a good wash sunbeds to washed down after whole area could do with a jet wash

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was nice, for a cheap getaway I rate it as expected for the price. The food was always fresh. They need to get a new playlist for the pool but everything was above my expectations. I would come back again.

The hotel brought only negative aspects to our holiday. The staff is very polite and nice, but everything else is not. Almost all the food has no taste and the breakfasts are generally the same. The hotel has very old furniture and the bathroom equipment is half working after so many years of use

El hotel en general necesita una reforma, las camas podrían ser más cómodas, así como el mobiliario más actual y cuidado. La limpieza también podría mejorar ya que nos encontramos algunas telarañas con sus respectivas arañas grandes (lo cual indica falta de limpieza) y las sábanas con varias manchas. En cuanto al buffet, trabajo en turismo y viajo mucho y sin duda es de lo peor que he probado, cogimos media pensión y además de que no había apenas variedad (de carne solo había 1 opción y eran hamburguesas) la comida era de muy mala calidad, incluso dejamos el desayuno a medias del "asco" que nos estaba dando café, pan duro, fiambre malo etc... Además se escuhaba bastante el ruido de la calle, se agradecería que mejoraran las ventanas.
