I don't understand why this hotel has a bad rating. Before going there, I was a little worried. After my stay, I must say that I am satisfied with it. The hotel is located in the north of Tenerife, a few steps from the Colorful Stairs of Puerto De La Cruz, not far from the center of Puerto de la Cruz, with a black sand beach, a variety of shops, restaurants and bars , as well as the Lago Martiánez outdoor swimming pool... This hotel offers excellent value for money, its rate is very low compared to hotels of the same category. Although the hotel's facilities are not new, at this price there is really nothing to complain about.

Please do not come here!!! Me and my partner had a terrible stay, within 2 minutes of being in the room we found bed bugs!!!! We were bitten to death and had to treat all our baggage before we could even enter our home. The food is like hospital food and the drinks are cheap and nasty. Take my advice and do not stay here, honestly you’ll regret it if you do!!!!!

Estuvimos bien durante la estancia aunque la animación podría ser mejor ya que muchas de las clases que habia en los horarios no se hacian y las de la noche duran muy poco,el buffet era más escaso que en otros hoteles de la misma cadena en los que hemos estado en otras ocasiones y en mi caso en la cama encontramos alguna chinche.

Booked holiday as was good price. Mrs then read reviews and started to get nervous , cockroaches blah food bad blah blah. But wow when we arrived it was beautiful and clean and all staff was very helpful and polite. Only negative which a bit of a constructive criticism is that they could do a few more kid friendly meals like put burgers in buns every night. Evening entertainment was good for 3-4 nights poor on others , at night there needs to be more tables and chairs and at night a lot of people were sat on sun lounges. Now for the amazing pools were amazing of which there was 2 .hotel was spotless what food we had was stunning just needs more English choice for kids as most just ate chips every night. Staff super friendly always on hand to help. Our room was beautiful and clean, we will be back miss you already, blue resort hotel

to start off, yes there are bedbugs, our first two rooms in the hotel next door had bedbugs, they eventually moved us to the main blue sea hotel into a newly furnished room and didn’t see one bedbug in there. man on the desk in that hotel was very helpful i will say, the guy on the desk in the other hotel however not so helpful and actually told us to ring love holidays to get us moved hotels (we didn’t bother as our third room was fine) other than that the rest of our stay was honestly lovely, the cleaners was so friendly every single one we past always greeted us and kept our room spotless, staff was always nice too, food was up to standard (we was all inclusive) i didn’t have one bad meal there and we ate there three times a day, fruit was always fresh too. plenty of spirits and mixers to choose from the bar (cocktails not included in all inclusive) €1 and €10 deposit for a cup and beach towel which you can get back. entertainment was good too and pool was well kept although some sunlougers had seen better days. location is brilliant, plenty of restaurants and shops and not a far walk to main areas and beaches. overall it was a lovely stay here despite the first two rooms, but thankfully the lovely man on the desk in the main blue sea hotel (didn’t catch his name but it was friday 4th at around 4am) was so helpful and had us sorted out.

Hotel muito bom. Localização, torna-se muito boa com o serviço gratuito de shuttle entre o hotel e o centro. Espaço agradável, embora haja uma necessidade de modernizar os quartos. Boa piscina, bons espaços comuns. Alimentação com alguma diversidade e qualidade. Limpeza, tanto a nível dos quartos como dos espaços comuns, muito boa. Pessoal atencioso e eficiente.

Cuando nos instalamos todo parecía correcto...pero cuando llegamos el primer día después de pasear por la noche a la habitación ,vimos chinches que subían hasta por las paredes!!! En cinco minutos conté al menos 10 chinches ...un asco...las fundas de las sabanas y las almohadas llenas de manchitas de sangre de las chinches. Bajamos a recepción y comentamos el problema...el cual ya están acostumbrados porque no mostraron ningún asombro...no entiendo que si este problema lleva tiempo ya...como siguen sin tomar partida y como no cierran las habitaciones y fumigan para erradicar el problema..la habitación estaba llena de polvos blancos por los cantos del suelo que supongo que sería insecticida. Estos bichitos se meten por cualquier lado y se pegan a vuestras maletas puedes llevar la plaga a tu casa...así que cuando hemos llegado he tenido que lavarlo todo a altas temperaturas...maletas ect...un coñazo!!! Encima a los dos días de llegar me han salido ronchas que creo que son picadoras la cual voy a certificar con el médico!!! Muy poca vergüenza la de los responsables del hotel sabiendo que esto está pasando de hace tiempo y no hacen nada!!!

Stayed in bonanza palace (bluesea puerto resort). Arrived late driver shouting Bonanza palace at the drop off point but our docs said Bluesea Puerto resort. turns out one and the same. Went straight to bed as late. Woke up and found bedbugs. Initially thoughts only few bite. moved our room and second bedroom also had bedbugs. Moved us again to newly refurbished room. No bugs. Spent holiday on high alert. Chemist twice and sent to doctor by hotel manager due to reaction to bites. Told not to sunbath and cover skin. Love holiday really unhelpful. Offered £50 compensation. Wouldn’t fly us home or source another hotel. Suggested as we were there we could look. Would only pay for second hotel retrospectively so we were expected to pay upfront. Would not fly with this company again.

Nooit meer dat hotel eten elke dag hetzelfde en zo slecht gelukkig kon je in de andere bluesea hotels ook eten en daar was het zalig. Personeel spreekt amper Engels. Ik zit in scootmobiel die mocht niet in het hotel staan werd er door de vrouw van de receptie gezegd is hier geen ziekenhuis voor mindervalide ik zei. Klopt in ziekenhuis is eten goed in ziekenhuis krijg je schone handdoeken en in ziekenhuis word je behandeld als mens. Je hoort de mensen allemaal klagen elke avond karaoke nooit iets anders is all inclusive maar flesje water kost 1.80 je betaalt 1 euro statiegeld voor een beker drinken voor mij is all inclusive dat drinken er bij hoort. Mijn reisorganisatie was top maar hotel slecht
