I don't understand why this hotel has a bad rating. Before going there, I was a little worried. After my stay, I must say that I am satisfied with it. The hotel is located in the north of Tenerife, a few steps from the Colorful Stairs of Puerto De La Cruz, not far from the center of Puerto de la Cruz, with a black sand beach, a variety of shops, restaurants and bars , as well as the Lago Martiánez outdoor swimming pool... This hotel offers excellent value for money, its rate is very low compared to hotels of the same category. Although the hotel's facilities are not new, at this price there is really nothing to complain about.

When arriving at the hotel, the reception area was well cleaned and smelt really nice. However, when I got to the room it smelt like old flour. After going to bed I was awakened by things crawling over me. I brushed them off, not knowing what they were. I was later awakened again by things crawling over me. Shortly after my travelling companion called to say she was having a similar experience in her room. Upon further investigation we discovered that both rooms were infested by bed bugs, some of them big from feeding on us.
This was reported to the staff who arranged another room for us. Unfortunately that room was also infested so we had to leave that room as well. It was not until around 2pm that we were allocated new rooms.
It was a really poor experience and I will be raising a formal complaint.

My friends and I were very apprehensive after reading reviews online, however we were very pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay. We stayed in the canarife complex. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and very spacious with large balcony. All the linen and towels were clean and we had no problems with any bugs which we were worried about having read reviews- we could not fault it at all. Nice big mirror and multiple of them which was good for the group of us getting ready. Fridge, TV and hairdryer. We found staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. You give what you get back so be polite to staff and I am sure you will receive the same back! We did all inclusive and there was a good selection of unlimited drinks cocktails and beer available. Food was breakfast lunch and dinner buffet with a large variety so there was something for everyone and the food was nice. There were various pools, all clean and nice looking. Plenty of sun beds and seating areas. Most nights there was entertainment, some of it very good you just had to be in the right hotel (there are about 3 in the complex so adventure round). We could not fault our stay we had a lovely time and we would even stay again if we returned to Tenerife. Thank you :)

Avoid at all costs staff are rude and not helpful when you ask a question the sigh and avoid all eye contact! I've never stayed in such an angry atmosphere totally ruined our holiday! Made a formal complaint about the restaurant staff and was totally ignored

Este hotel es el epicentro de la nada. Te alojas en este hotel pero luego tienes que ir a los hoteles del mismo grupo que están en frente . El hotel no daba almuerzo tenías que ir al INTERPALACE , la habitación 1532 no funciona el aire , como haya sol te achicharras aunque estén las cortinas , una nevera que no enfría es como si tuviese un ventilador por dentro , el cerrojo de la puerta no cerraba. La cenas y los desayunos que es lo que daba este hotel muy repetitivo . El hotel se llama blue sea Puerto resort y ves en la cabecera del hotel , bonanza Palace, este nombre es cuando el holding era de los Ruiz Mateos ( rumasa) hace 20 años, y para ver el nombre real te tienes que acercar. Cuidado conla intención del engaño , en la entrada del hotel a la derecha por la tarde noche abren una puerta grande que da conexión desde el hotel a el bar que se llamama clará. No te dicen que ese bar no tiene que ver con el hotel pero se puede entrar desde él y como te tomes algo en ese bar de copas creyendo que es del hotel saca bien el dinero que no es barato. Me he quejado pero a la dirección prefiere que haya la opción de equivocarse . Asi que cuidado ⚠️

La struttura è un po' da rimodernare e siccome si disloca su 3 stabili (Bonanza, Interpalace e canarife palace) non è molto semplice capire subito dove andare. La cosa peggiore è che la mia stanza era infestata dalle cimici dei letti e la cosa non è accettabile tanto più che te le puoi portare a casa tra la biancheria! L'ho fatto presente in reception spero risolvano, cmq la camera era la 312 del canarife.

Ons bed zat de eerste nacht helemaal vol met bedwantsen🤮🤮🤮 Snachts een andere kamer beneden gekregen die rook zo vies en muf. Kapot tapijt echt horror hotel. Nu een week thuis en zitten wij onder nieuwe bedwantsen beten. Dus ze zijn mee naar huis gereisd. Ik ga het hotel hier voor aansprakelijk stellen. Want ik moet een bestrijdings bedrijf laten komen. De bedwantsen kamer was de zelfde dag nog verhuurd aan andere mensen. Dus het hotel doet er niks aan. Dit hotel hoort gesloten te worden tot dat de bedwantsen plaag bestreden is. Ik heb van meerdere gasten vernomen dat ze allemaal beten hadden. Mensen boek dit horror hotel niet!!!!!

Be aware when booking there are 3 hotels that are making up this resort, what we experienced and saw of the interpalace was 4 star, however the food wasn't 4 star, good food not much choice, The other side is we're we were given a room, and you check in that side, the room was dated smelling musty, bed was not comfortable springs felt, we were facing a brick wall, rooms were carpets and white dust everywhere.
