Todo espectacular, nos encantó, fuimos por primera vez e iremos todas las veces que vayamos a puerto de Mazarrón. La piscina de niños espectacular y el trato de los trabajadores de 10.

The room assigned to us was on the side not facing the sea. There are only two rooms on each floor on this side, and 98% of the rooms are on the other side. I don't know why we were assigned such a room. The air conditioner inside was broken, and there was no Wi-Fi. I called the front desk, but because the person's English was not good, they hung up without even saying a few words. When I called later, they just didn't answer the call and hung up, which was very rude. Later, after communicating with Ctrip staff, they arranged for someone to send a small heater, but it was actually of no use. One thing to note, the breakfast was quite sumptuous. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk was quite enthusiastic. When it came to hot water bottles, they said they didn’t have them in the hotel room. If we wanted them, we could get two for free. Normally, we would need them. The charge is 5 euros each. As for calling the front desk, maybe the person answering the phone is not the person in charge of reception, but it is really rude and affects the overall experience.

The hotel was very good, clean rooms, clean pool etc. The food was good but very samey, everyday the same food for breakfast. Also the hotel charged us 20 euro for the use of the safe in our room, 5 euros every day to replenish tea and coffee, they charged 10 euros a day for car parking. Not what you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre. Also I found it had no charm or character, very utilitarian, the bar was like a a very bright canteen, plastic tables and chairs. The beach is just across the road With bars and restaurants, nice area.

Our second visit to dos playa, we missed a open pool last year, so made sure we came earlier this year, Do not book car parking first there are plenty ty around and we page states it's €15 yet we paid €10 last year and this year. Breakfast option is best as for lunch and dinner the way to get to the food is crazy. The rooms are wonderful poolview gets the sunrise , will go back ,

Somos un grupo de amigos (en total unos 60) que nos hemos alojado dos semanas para hacer Tai chi. El trato en todo momento ha sido exquisito, todos hemos acabado encantados. El Hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, buenos colchones, habitaciones amplias, aunque, sin duda, el personal, es lo mejor del Hotel. El Director es muy amable y competente. Los de recepción, camareros, personal de limpieza y mantenimiento, todos son magníficos. Destacaría a Yolanda, María, May, Will, Marina, Miryam, etc. también en la plancha está Shiva que es una persona muy amable y un excelente cocinero, logrando hacer tanto la carne como el pescado de una forma que resulta exquisito y jugoso, una maravilla. Todos son muy amables y competentes. La comida es de muy buena calidad, hacen a diario recetas originales. La piscina es muy buena, también dispone de un completo gimnasio gratuito, la ubicación es excelente, admiten mascotas, pero eso no debe espantar a los que no les gustan los animales, ya que tienen un respeto total por todos los huéspedes, la mascota no debe hacer ruido, por lo que no se oye nada. Tienen un amplio parking, muy cómodo, los ascensores son rápidos. La animación excelente. Sin duda recomiendo este Hotel. Creo que es el mejor de la zona, con diferencia. Volveremos sin dudar. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo.

Estaban casi al tope de su capacidad y eso hacía que a eso de las 20-20.30 el agua de ducha desapareciera, te quedabas con todo el jabón y a esperar unos 5 minutos para que saliera otro hilo de agua y se volviese a parar. Inaceptable para 4 estrellas. La comida muy regular, si eres celíaco o comes sin gluten, lo vas a tener difícil. Casi todo es rebozado y con harinas. Muy poca variedad, mucha pasta y pizza por la noche, y arroz y pasta a mediodía. Poca verdura y mínima variación de menú. Eso si, el personal es muy amable

El hotel muy bien, segunda vez que íbamos, esta vez volvimos con toda la familia, pero bueno a veces se les nota desbordados, aunque el hotel no estaba lleno, el responsable de sala nos ponía caras cuando pedíamos una mesa para comer 9 personas, cuando esto es normal ya que es un hotel familiar, ante lo cual reclamamos esta actitud en recepción, y esto cambio. Otro problema que teníamos, son las habitaciones 21, son habitaciones sin balcon, cuando te lo vende esto no lo especifica, y no te ponen ni un tendedero para tender tus toallas. La comida genial, en lineas generales bien, pero les falta operativa y capacidad de solución.
