Aucun service. Que de l'incompétence. Service(encore fallait qu il y en ait un) petit déjeuner inqualifiable. Prise des commandes qui n' arrive pas. On a du aller a maintes reprises réclamer notre petit déjeuner et malgré cela il n y a qu une partie qui arrive. Et on réclame de nouveau....cet de.nouveau une partie. Le mieux c est d attendre au bar et emmener la commande soi même. Plus d une heure pour prendre son petit dejeuner Literie correcte

Sad to see the old owners selling up. This has been a lovely old hotel for so many years. Very little changes have been made- a few new seats and tables. But a total revamp of the menu ! Great dishes but with a very full price. It will be interesting to see what the new owners do- their lick of paint here and there only scratches the surface of under investment. Will be watching to see what happens.

Realmente la ubicación y las vistas son maravillosas El hotel deja mucho a desear realmente, fui en viaje de vacaciones y relax romántico en pareja y no quisieron, y ni si quiera intentaron, poner una cama doble en la habitación, aún que la haya pedido en la reserva, y en la página te da las dos opciones, la he solicitado y sin ningunas ganas me ha mentido y dicho que en esas habitaciones que tienen vista al mar no se puede poner una sola cama, que hay mucho espacio pero... simplemente no. Así que si quieres una bella habitación con vistas al mar te tienes que conformar y dormir en camas separadas. El aire acondicionado de la habitación muy bien pero sales fuera y es un horno transitar en el restante del hotel. No tienen ningún tipo de control de quién entra y quien sale, así que puede acceder cualquiera en tu habitación. Muy caro para lo que ofrece, parking a pagar, desayuno a pagar. Además de caro es un desayuno normal y corriente de cafetería. Es una pena que este tan abandonado un sitio tan bonito y lugar privilegiado.

Ubicación y vistas del hotel espectaculares.. Desayuno desastroso por el.servicio de los camareros...que te traen el.cafe y a la media hora el azúcar o sacarina.. o.te traen una tostada que ya te has comido...Un desastre de servicio Un par de jóvenes, muy poco preparados, que.no se enteran De nada. No así en el.restaurante a la.hora de comer o cenar, todo muy bueno y bien servido.

Anclado en los años 50, menos las habitaciones que son renovadas. Increíble que tengan clausurado el salón comedor y obliguen a usar la terraza de comedor, con un calor infernal. Mejor no atreverse a desayunar: una desesperación por el mal, lento y despistado servicio. Aunque lo digan, el hotel NO está acondicionado para personas de poca movilidad: es más, hasta resulta peligroso. Solo hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. La situación de deterioro del aparcamiento es de juzgado de guardia. Lo único agradable es su ubicación, sobre una preciosa playa, aunque incomprensiblemente han cerrado el acceso directo a la misma. El colmo: la Recepción es una mesa con un ordenador portátil que han colocado justo en la puerta del hotel. Resumen: vayan a otro sitio.

La habitación y las vistas, muy bien, mejor de lo esperado. El problema vino en el desayuno. Una terraza espectacular, pero unos camareros como pollo sin cabeza y después de una hora, seguimos esperando que traigan unas totadas (plato por todos sabido que es muy elaborado). La terraza con 7-8 mesas ocupadas y no paran de traernos comida de mesas que ya se han marchado, bien porque se han ido desesperados o es que ya les han servido y les repiten la comanda. Comandas perdidas, sirven antes al que llega último que al que lleva 1 hora esperando... Desastroso... un cero.

Nos gusta mucho la zona vamos cuatro veces al año y siempre vamos a ese hotel porque nos encanta. Hasta la próxima que será en Sept!! Mis queridos amigos. No puedo escribir más ya os he dicho que estamos encantados de poder volver con tanta frecuencia

Great views.Good room. Throbbing music from downstairs,quite spoils my terrace. Facilities in whole Bahia area not open,including hotel restaurant.Long walk for anything. Great Terrace for sunbath,if I can stop the music from downstairs,promised ,but resumes.
