Great little hotel. Location was great too, supermarket outside and beach only a short walk. Staff friendly. Modern apartment with good wifi, clean drinking water, well equipped kitchen and a decent bathroom. Perfect for a sightseeing lanzarote holidays. Plenty of parking too.

We stayed at the resort by pure chance. We had booked an apartment across the road but due to an issue we had we needed to check out of there and we decided this place was convenient, looked clean and accommodating so took the plunge. From my 1st interaction with reception (who were incredibly helpful) to the staff by the pool and around the resort we knew we had made the right choice. Spotlessly clean throughout, the standards i felt were better than I perhaps expected considering the great value for money it offered. Great location, shops nearby and a short walk to the start of the main *****. We felt it was a great choice for us having been to Lanzarote 5 times in the last 2 years. Yes, there are better hotels with better facilities but for great value for money, very clean surroundings and great staff Club Del Carmen ticks every box....we will 100% be back

We have visited the resort many times. Last was the week before the Covi d Shutdown and great to get back. Good location and very friendly staff. All you need for a great break.

This prooerty is on the edge of the resort but eady walking to many amenities. The facility is small but perfectly formed. The bar restaurant off per is very good and has nightly entertainment. All staff were super friendly and efficient.

Resort in a good location with excellent onsite Baily Bar / Restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff both in reception and the bar. Swimming pool / hot tub / pool table / table tennis / children's play area / laundry onsite. Resort was very clean

Paddy and Alim the most amazing bar tenders…. Take their time to get to know you and make your stay most enjoyable! Have a laugh and joke all the time and are the best!! Drinks are good too especially on happy hour and they pride themselves it doing them for you - chx nug x

Yet another wonderful stay at Club del Carmen. Nothing to dislike. Everyone from reception, housekeeping, maintenance and Baily pool bar teams were so helpful and went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome once again. We will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work you all do and many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Second visit to Club Del Carmen and I will be returning to well run and clean apartments with home comforts. Bar staff extremely friendly and prices are very reasonable. Only negative comments would be that the jacuzzi pool is too cold and there needs to be better facilities for showers after check out or the ability to keep the room on later for late flights.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I was surprised by the standard first greeting: "Welcome home" but eventually... it really felt like home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean when we arrived. The pools were clean and even children didn't scream and splash, which... kind of set a mode for our children how to behave around the pool :) The nighttime has also been reasonably quiet allowing a good sleep. We liked the service of fresh bakery delivered to the room each morning. The onsite restaurant was very good. We were impressed with the chef cooking paella on open air, which you could then order for lunch. We also enjoyed free treats from the resort: grilled prawns with garlic and baguette and a beautiful local food treat on the Canarian DAY. The ocean was just a 5 minute walk. A hint: if you go on the 3rd-floor terrace you can enjoy a great view on the volcanos and the ocean. To sum up, we were leaving with a fealing we would like to come back.
