Excellent complex, pleasant and courteous staff, clean and tidy at all times. Very central to all amenities and activities. Nice pool bar and snack area. We were lucky this year to be able to book the new superior apartments. Very spacious with double bathroom making it very ideal for family of 5.

Great location. Very clean and spacious bit of a hill to get to reception . Not many beds around pool , but location makes up for that. Cleaning staff very friendly and properties well maintained. Well equipped apartments great for self catering .

Great location, the hill not as bad as people say, our apartment was spotless and spacious, towels were changed regularly, staff very friendly, I would recommend getting a sea view apartment well worth it for the view, lovely pool and sun terrace

Lovely clean aparment, with brilliant view, In the middle of everything, short walk to everywhere, staff lovely, great bar with the most delicious toasted chicken sandwich, ice cold beer and great prices. Had some worries about "cardiac hill" as I have some mobility issues. Yes, it's steep, but to be honest, I had no problem walking up. If there is one negative, it doesn't have air conditioning, you do have a fan, but that alone really isn't great, we didn't have a problem as we ordered a mobile air con unit, it's cost 40euro for our stay. But to be honest, everything else is positive.

Just simply ....Fabulous wee complex .Apartments spotless and cleaning service excellent . Fantastic sea views from panoramic location looking onto the beach and sea. Loved it ,and will return .It is slightly more expensive than the other 3stars ....however the view ,pool ,and surroundings feel like 5 star ..worth every penny .

Great clean,fresh apartments with room service every second day. Depending on the room you book some have amazing sea views over looking the main ***** and beach. Nice little bar that also do snacks ran by a very nice lady. The receptionist was amazing on our check in,really happy and funny,which is exactly what you want when you arrive. It’s about 20 metres up a hill so probably not good for anyone with walking difficulties. No A/C but have fans in the rooms which is just as good! I will be definitely going back soon

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Clean apartment. Would benefit from air conditioning. At the bottom of the hill, directly behind the main *****. Great views. Lots of water sports and excursions, which are easy to book. Beach is practically on your doorstep.

We took another holiday to Puerto Del Carmen staying at the hotel Morana and again we weren’t disappointed. The hotel is right in the heart of the ***** surrounded by lots of bars and restaurant's. The hotel has very friendly staff who are always available. The rooms are very clean and spacious ( air conditioning would be lovely) The Morana has a great pool area with free sun beds for guests As mentioned it’s close to the action you just have to tackle cardiac hill. For beach lovers it’s only a 5 minute walk away. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Wii be back in 2025…

Had A Great Time in the "La MORANA APTS, LANZAROTE, Staff were very Helpful, APTS were Great, Have everything you need in Them, Cleaners Done a Great Job cleaning every 2 Days and Fresh Towels as well, A Great pool and pool side Bar and Snacks Bar ,Burgers,pizza, chips,..etc Ran by a nice and friendly Family, Great Roof Top selerium over looking the Sea, Centrally location in porto Del Carmen,...very near Bars ,Restaurants, shops,Taxi,... I want to Say a Big, Big Thank you to "Blanca" fro "La MORANA APTS ".."Office,..who I rang fro Ireland before we came,..and she was very Helpful to me/Us in organising a Extra Bed for us And Arangeing to take in An Oxygen machines to APTS before we Arived for our 10 Days Hoildays,..Thank You "Blanca ",...very much appreciated, Can't wait to get back there Again, Paddy and family ❤️
