We stayed for 5 nights with a 2.6 years old daughter and she love the place( the pool, playground both indoor and outdoor, arcade, daily kids club). Every night entertainment for kids and adult which we enjoyed it too and a relaxing ambience just a short walk and you have the front beach of Puerto del Carmen. A top notch food service especially we include the Half board (free breakfast and dinner) and the food are sumptuous with different variety to choice from. I definitely recommend the place.

What an amazing hotel and service. This was my first trip with family and the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant, right by the beach and just 5 minutes drive from airport. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the stay, swimming facilities etc. We traveled during Christmas and we were surprised on Christmas day with gifts in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Lanzarote.

Great location. Great accomodation.
One thing, Trip advisor advertised a room with a view.
The view was the entrance to another block of apartments.
They gave me a few tokens for the inconvenience however they should be clear on whether the room has a view or not.

The food was excellent as was the hotel. The only negative was we could not pay with cash or debit card at the bar.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera pulita, con acqua gratis e caffè a disposizione. Buon cibo. Personale molto gentile. Bellissima hall e giardino curato. Tutto perfetto.

We had a lovely relaxing holiday here. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and extremely well kept - tidy and spotlessly clean. The staff are mostly great (a couple of bar staff could be rude) friendly and helpful. There are various activities to do for adults and kids, as well as plenty of sunbeds and seating areas to relax in. We thought the food was very good quality and variety. Dinner each night has a theme, with a grill every night too. The Belingo bar has the entertainment, which was the usual type but normally quite good. Again plenty seating outside too if you want it a bit quieter. The Piano Bar is really nice for a quiet drink away from the hubbub. There are so many parts to this hotel - there's even a museum! I only discovered this on the last day, it would have been good to have been given some information about this and other amenities when we checked in or in our room, or we may have missed it altogether. Outside the hotel, the beach is nice and there's a lovely walkway along the shore to Matagorda or Puerto del Carmen. Buses are also plentiful from right outside to various places.

Stayed here for two weeks at the end of June. Hotel was full and very busy.check-in was quick but could have been a bit more informative could have told us about the safe and saved me a trip back up to reception. Room was spacious with plenty of Storage.bed’s were comfortable and the bathroom had a good sized bath. The thing that stands out about this hotel is the food it’s the best I have had in an all inclusive hotel with plenty of choice.
