We visited this hotel from the 18th Dec to the 28th Dec. I gave the hotel full marks because it met our needs. The buffet restaurant was fine. It had a variety of foods and whilst some things may not appeal to everyone, there was plenty in there to find a meal. They also did 'LIVE' cooking. It closed at 9pm after 3 opening times. All the staff were great in there. The pool bar also served food and drinks from 11am till 6pm. The cocktail bar opened from 6pm till midnight and served cocktails and other drinks. It also provided the evening's entertainers. I'll leave you to rate that yourselves. I had a go at karaoke one night and received a rapturous applause after singing '3 Little Birds'. The pools outside looked nice. They say the main one is heated in winter but some said it was cold. Still, many kids were in it having fun as the 21⁰ heat was always blazing down. The animation team were around daily till late with activities for both adults and kids. They were always smiling and full of energy. There are plenty of loungers so no need to panic. However, you might not always get the best spots as some put towels down very early...as usual. There's a small gym and a sauna which i used a few times. There's also a games room if kids get bored. The main road and beach isn't too far. Down the road to the left is Matagorda and the airport. To the right is the Puerto Del Carmen ***** with shops, pubs, restaurants etc and the 'Biosfera' Shopping Centre. We had 10 days of relaxation and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lovely hotel, great location. Food could not be faulted plenty choice and the Christmas Day dinner was excellent. Staff were friendly and the bar staff were excellent . The rooms were spotless as was the whole hotel . The only thing I would comment on is the entertainment, it’s was ok but not great considering it was Christmas, I’ve seen better in Lanzarote 4* hotels . A note for management, lots of people vaping in the bar and no one seemed to stop them. Would still recommend, we will defin be back at some point.

Stopped for 10 nights with my family . Very impressed with the rooms . Food was realy nice very good choice didnt feel we needed to eat out at all . Plenty of activaties during the day we loved it and booking again for next christmas . Staff was all very friendly rooms cleaned every day .

Arrived on the 22nd of December up to now the food isn't great this hotel is meant to be 4star more like 2 it's not hot and poor choices as other folk has said u can't make a meal out of it and I found cockroachs in the bathroom in our room so for that reason wouldn't return as it was our second stay here

Arrived home last week but because of Christmas stuff to do I have only just found time to write a review, this was a celebration for my 68th birthday and a winter holiday combined. This is our 17th visit in less than 3 years to Lanzarote Village and again it was perfect, we were greeted like friends when we checked in and it was lovely to feel so happy to be ‘home’. All the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you, we were lucky to get the room we requested again. The hotel staff are all so friendly from the maids to the ground staff everyone welcomes you with a ‘hola’ or buenos dias. The hotel is really clean in all areas and the maids do a lovely job of the rooms and the lemony scent when they have been in is lovely. The food in the restaurant for breakfast dinner and evening meals is always good, anyone who says there’s nothing to eat must have problems because we have never had a problem finding something at every meal. The food at the pool bar is also 1st class and includes burgers, pizza, chicken nuggets which I love, toasted sandwiches, spaghetti bolognese, fries etc. The bar opens for drinks at 10.30 and serves beer, wine slushies, coffee. A special thanks to Miguel and Aaron and especially Manu the lifeguard for putting up with my hubby’s jokes 😂. There is water available at the bar all day and ice cream for guests on all inclusive, coffee and cakes are available at 3.30 for all inclusive guests. As always we have had a lovely 10 day holiday and look forward to returning in April to celebrate our golden wedding and my hubbys birthday. Thank you to all at LanzaroteVillage for another lovely holiday and we will see you in April, hopefully in our favourite room xx Feliz Navidad to all x

Writing this while still here,will have stayed 17 nights. Overall a good stay, although there was a water leak outside our room starting 3am ish Friday night and not completely fixed till mid day Monday. Ok things happen and we were offered a room change (which we might have taken if we'd known the length of time to repair) It would have been nice however to have just been kept updated. Besides that hotel is clean ( let down by some of the cretins that stay here sometimes) Food good as expected and all staff friendly and helpful although rushed off their feet sometimes. Would we stay again ? At the right price yes. One tip don't come for evening meal early, it's like a rugby scrum (hardly the hotel's fault ) About 7,30 we've found is good , sit anywhere and the staff will look after you plus still plenty of food put out for a leisurely meal. Enjoy your stay 😊

lovely hotel we got upgraded to a seaview which was a nice surprise . food was really good little bit repetitive at breakfast but overall food was good. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean and they were big rooms and the balcony was massive . The pool was quite cold but very clean always plenty beds ,the cocktail bar was very nice with very good staff the entertainment wasn't very good . Pool bar was good too overall the staff were very polite and helpful . Puerto Del Carmen a 15 minute walk loads of bars and restaurants very reasonably priced . Took the bus (number 3 ) to Puerto Teguise is a quiet place but worth a visit very busy buses be prepared to stand. I wouldn't bother with the transfer bus again 12 euros in a taxi and only a 10 min journey.
