Lovely little hotel. Very clean and even the basic rooms have everything you need and very spacious. Around the pool is just a bit too quiet and could do with a bit of music, I was not the only person that thought this. Apart from that I will definitely be returning.

Stayed in one of the older room . Was clean but very dated. Bed was not very comfortable

Although the weather was not perfect When the sun came out it was lovely But the wind was strong most days Local bar and restaurant choices are amazing Local transport by cheap bus is also great The hotel staff were amazing and friendly plus very helpful We will be back

This is just such a fantastic complex suitable for all ages there was 11 of us in total and we ranged from 13-70 and we all had an absolutely fantastic time. The team at Montana are just so kind and friends and work hard to ensure you have a great holiday. Its spotlessly clean and so comfortable and we can’t wait to go back again In November

Can honestly say that I would go back to this complex again. I took my daughter who is 14 it was our first holiday just me and her so I was nervous. We got to the complex late at night ( transfer with jet 2 who’s staff through out the whole journey where amazing ) And the waiter ( who I wish I had got his name who covers reception and the bar area was very helpful throughout the full holiday as well as the other staff ) Greeted us and explained the spar shop time and relevant inform. We stayed in apartment 116 it had kettle , microwave, fridge , hobs , Kitchen equipment ,tv pull out single sofa bed just enough for us . Bedroom had 2 single beds , bath room basic but clean again just enough for us .you can hire the safe if you see reception for the code . Staff regularly cleaned and give fresh towels and took rubbish away . But plenty bins around the complex to keep the place clean and tidy . They are 2 pools on the complex and a bar that you can get drinks and food from . Good size portions for the price and again all staff lovely . Sun loungers can be hard to get as people put towels on them in the morning but don’t use them till the afternoon ( states on the information given by complex this is not allowed but it’s still happened,) but we spent most of the time out the complex down the main stretch so by the time we came back some empty ones were available. The main stretch is about a 5-7 minute walk and it has an amazing amount of shops and restaurants. Beach’s are lovely and you can hire loungers with umbrellas. Further down near old town you can hire paddle boats , there is lots of information you can get to do different activities if you are looking for adventure. We purchased a love lock and popped our name on it you can get them at most of the shops so we will be part of Lanzarote . Not once did I feel pressure to go in to a restaurant or bar by staff out side all very friendly and helpful. We did min golf one day and the lady who runs the mini golf was so friendly as well . Lots of walking so make sure comfortable shoes if you want to walk from new town to old town . Am so glad I choose this complex and area to visit its give me the confidence to look at other holidays . But we will visit this complex again rooms are being updating at present as well . When leaving and waiting to be picked up suitcase can be left at the bar as no other place to leave them but I can say that it’s definitely a safe place staff can see them at all times . Also the young staff member who yells happy hour was one of my most favourite part of the day she just made me laugh. Big thank you to all the staff that made our holiday amazing.

Travelled as family of four and stopped for 7 nights returning early hours of this morning. Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. We stopped in room 207 which is one of the rooms yet to be refurbished but not an issue at all. Room was basic but with no complaints at all about this neither. Food at the hotel is good and the happy hour 5 until 6 is always a welcome treat. The only one negative about the hotel is the guest have a habit of putting towels down on the beds and taking the umbrellas first thing in the Morning then proceeding to not use them either at all or until late afternoon which is a shame. What is worth pointing out though is the hotel is well stocked with reserves so we always managed to find a bed each day. The two pools are of a high standard of cleanliness and well maintained. Shower facilities are available for early check outs. The location of the hotel was fantastic and only a five minute walk from the vibrant PDC ***** of lovely restaurants and bars. Very family friendly and great value. Thank you Hotel Montana for a brilliant stay and for your hospitality - We hope to return next year!

Very clean room and pool area. Excellent air conditioning. Great hardworking and friendly staff. The bar serves good drinks and food. Our ground floor room did not have a veranda (it was more of a walk way) which was a shame but our parent’s room did so we had to share that. The only real complaint we have is that some of the other guests, one family in particular, were rather rude with children misbehaving and swearing around the pool, while roughly throwing their ball in the direction of others trying to relax. When guests spoke up about the behaviour they got back chat from the children and a very intoxicated grandad made violent threats. Not ideal on holiday. We’ve stayed here several times before and have never experienced this so hope it was a one off. Guests threatening others should really be made to leave the accommodation. The weather was amazing and the apartments are ideally located.
