I was in D5. Huge terrace with sun loungers, the apartment was spacious and cleaned everyday, there wasn’t any sunbed wars which was so lovely, obviously there are always the ones who put there towels on the beds before 10am. Pool bar is always clean, plenty of food choice and good prices. Reception very helpful. Safe in every room which I feel is a must on holiday, reading other reviews where travellers said that money went missing, if they used the safe then there would be no problem. I would return to these apartments

I’ll begin with the good. We asked for a ground floor apartment for my mum and dad due to my dad’s disability where they gave myself, partner and daughter one a few doors down which overlooked the pool which was beautiful. The apartment itself was okay but needs a little update. Now for the bad. We were also there 10 days and only had beds done once the whole time. They tell you to use the bin and not throw paper into the toilet in bathroom yet they don’t empty each day so we used the loo like we do at home. The smell of sewage constantly in the bathroom was grim. The shower power was good but the enclosure was disgusting. The pool was dirty. We were there 10 days and wasn’t cleaned once. All the bottom of it was chipped which caused a slice in my foot. Female lifeguard was like miss trunchbull, no fun allowed in the pool defo no inflatables. Air conditioning, there is nothing but a pezzy fan in the bedroom that’s €20 for the remote from reception!! Finally, the maids are thief’s!! I had my apple AirPods Pro stolen from the side of the bed. The day after we even got there and I need them due to my autism and sensory processing disorder!! Good job my mum got a safe and put our iPads and switch in it as no doubt they’d be gone too!! Will never return here and don’t advise this place to anyone!!

Do not book this hotel they cancelled my hotel room for September as they said my credit card was invalid. Just so u know I used this card on hotel 2 weeks before and it was OK in jan when booked. This is a really bad hotel as not replied to.my emails

Second time here. You are greeted with the friendliest reception very welcoming. Their cleanliness spot on. If you want your room cleaned daily it's up to you, they certainly look after you. We always show respect to the owners property so will always look after it. Check out the pool bar great for snacks and big measures of alcohol. The pool is refreshing. The grounds are beautifully kept clean. All in all great location, great people, great cleanliness. What more can you ask for. Ahh sun goes without saying always here like Arena Dorado :)

Rooms are a decent size and the location is brilliant but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It is not family friendly, the pool doesn’t open until 10am and no way it’s cleaned everyday, in fact the pool is very dirty. I even approached the lifeguard and pointed out how dirty it was to be told that it won’t be cleaned until the next morning. I have attached the pictures. No balls or inflatables are allowed in the pool so if u have young children they can’t even have a blow up lilo. If you dive in the pool you get told off by the lifeguard basically can’t do anything around the pool… The food is good at the pool and the lad working there is lovely but the bar does shuts at 6pm so can’t chill round the pool on a night and have a drink.

The very first day we arrived the pool was filty didn't see it getting cleaned the 10 days we were there the kids pool is tiny with the smallest bit of water in it kids werent allowed any inflatables or even a ball in to play with after 3 days we got bad smell of sewage in our apartment I went to reception to complain was told it is getting sorted we went out for day came back and it was worse the girl at reception came to have a look and said there's nothing she could do I said I wanted to speak to a manager she said there was none til the morning because it was sunday I said we wouldn't be able to sleep in there she just kept saying sorry nothing she can do I said it was a disgrace less than 2 mins she came back and said a manager was there to speak to me it looked like one of the men that was trying to fix the problem I asked him was he a manager he said yes that he was going to fix it I said we couldn't sleep in that the reception girl came back and said she got last min cancellation and could give us another apartment which would of saved all this arguing back and forth if she just done that in first place wouldn't stay here again or recommend this place my son also had money stolen from his room aswell

So all good nice place great staff until I got home checking case had actually had clothes robbed from it 3 new t shirts and 3 pack of nike underwear unbelievable isn't stuff I didn't wear bloody why would anyone do this 😑 anyway did get a few people say things about the place..sending Bill for them

The Arena Dorada apartments are clean, comfortable and spacious. The have kettle toaster coffee maker and all the usual kitchen utensils. The pool is big enough for the amount of apartments it opens 9am to 6pm also suffers from the sunbed run, if your not up and down with your towels by 9:30 it's hard to get one with an umbrella. The apartments are cleaned every day.

Joke of a place, they’ve cancelled my room a month before arriving, firstly they tried to charge me randomly when it was to be charge closer to the time, out of curiosity I changed my card to allow the charge anyway to just get things sorted, they rejected my card and cancelled with any explanation, obviously they overbooked and couldn’t admit it, now they won’t respond to emails I sent, Iv now had to look and fork out more money on other places last minute, don’t waste your time
