Lovely place to stay. The villa was amazing, very luxurious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We had a message or call every couple of days to see if we were ok or needed anything! Absolutely fabulous! We will be back in the future

My husband and I chose Villa Alondra for our Honeymoon and it was an absolute hit! Starting from accommodation in the luxurious interior of the villa, through a phenomenal swimming pool, attention to all details and ending with amazing service at the highest level. The entire Team took care of our comfort and well-being better than we could have expected, and in our opinion the cleaning service was perfect and professional! We would like to thank you very much for how wonderfully you took care of us. We highly recommend staying at Villa Alondra to everyone. This is a great place for a couple who wants to spend time together in an exclusive, quiet and romantically intimate space. We wil certainly come back again!

Just returned home after celebrating a milestone birthday with my family What amazing place to stay!! Villa was just as shown in the brochure, staff were super friendly with nothing being too much trouble. Made my special day even better with a surprise cake and bottle of bubbles. Can not fault it, amazing place to stay, will most definitely be visiting here again.

An amazing holiday the villa was first class luxury nothing is too much trouble for the staff making sure everything is perfect and the restaurant is unbelievable highly recommended will definitely go back it made our 25th wedding anniversary so special

We had a beautiful gran deluxe villa as a family of 5. We were very happy with all the facilities in the villa and were pleasantly surprised to find out we had breakfast included and daily cleaning. Ana our housekeeper was so friendly and very helpful. The breakfast restaurant is a short walk and was very pretty. They do wonderful fine dining in the evening too. If you do book the restaurant I would recommend booking it through reception or directly with the restaurant staff as the app has some issues. I would also recommend a very nearby restaurant called Antonio’s Restaurante. Their staff were absolutely wonderful and the food was excellent. If you want to do some sightseeing nearby then Submarine safaris is great and only 8 mins drive away, Timanfaya national park with volcano tours are only 20mins away too.

Just left today after an amazing 10 day holiday. Stayed in villa 5 which lived up to the 5 star standard. Unfortunately I took the flu on day 1 which had me laid up for a few days, daily check in's from reception were so welcomed and made my recovery more pleasant. Massive thank you to Kris on reception who takes customer service to another level, she was so professional, friendly and displayed such genuine warmth and consideration which is rare these days. We will definitely be returning next year for our 3rd year in a row. Whilst there were some minor issues the customer service more than made up for it. Thank you again for an amazing holiday

What a wonderful place and a fantastic holiday! We arrived at Villa Alondra to find a very friendly welcome. The villa was ready early, which was a bonus. We had some issues with the first Villa we were allocated, however the team were very quick to respond and luckily for us they offered to move us to a different villa for our stay. No issues at all with the second Villa. The team were very helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We had a car for the duration of our stay which was incredibly helpful having a small child. Whilst most ameneties were within walking distance, coming back was quite an uphill walk, so it worked great for us having a car. It was a short drive to the main part of PDC and the beach. Parking was good at the multistorey car park in PDC. We paid to heat the pool. Its cost €240 for the week, but was ideal, as warm as stepping into a bath. Breakfast was great, a real good selection. The breakfast area was quite small, so could get quite busy. You are asked upon arrival what sitting you'd like to take for your stay, they ran in hour blocks from 08.00 - 11.00am. The grounds were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Thanks to Felix, who was amazing and so kind and helpful during our stay. Thanks to the Alondra Team for being so responsive and made the stay a wonderful experience! We're hoping to be back again soon ☀️.

We are just about to leave our first Villa holiday at Alondra Villas. All we can say is that everthing was 5* plus. From the truly friendly welcome from Guest Services (in particular Marina, Felix and Alberto) to the stunning Villa and surroundings we stayed in (which we had everything you could possibly think of and more). Nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff worked extremely hard to make everything look immaculate. We had maid service every other day and the pool was maintained meticulously. We had a couple of very small issues, however after speaking to reception the maintenance man would beat me back to the villa, that's how quick things are resolved. Everyone was friendly, including all the grounds staff and I was impressed with the fact that we were encouraged to provide feedback on any improvements or suggestions that could be made to improve our stay from Management, it shows that their clientele is very important to them. As it happens, everything for us was just perfect. We chose bed and breakfast and the breakfast was amazing and catered for everyone's palate. You could sit under the tipi and take in the beautiful pool surroundings. I liked the fact that you could have staggered breakfast times, which meant we didn't have to rush and could enjoy a leisurely swim before hand. I know there are mixed reviews on the pool however at this time of year it was well worth the money to heat the pool and it did make a difference. At night you have to try out their cocktails at the bar, the lounge setting is so tranquil and makes you feel like you are in your own little bit of paradise. A must is to scan their app on arrival as it provides you with an extensive list of all their facilities and special add ons that you can arrange during your stay to make it that extra bit special. As I said the list is extensive and covers everything you could want so too much to mention individually. Finally we requested to keep our villa on longer due to a night flight and although they were fully booked they did everything they could to accomodate our request, offering alternative solutions. We opted for paying to stay in one of their cottages for they day, which just added to our experience as it was also stunning and allowed us to relax for the day, excellent customer service.
