our apar**ent was lovely, very clean, it has basic things in it but all you need for a holiday, unless you plan on doing a lot cooking! we loved our apar**ent, it had a lovely little garden and we would like to go next year and book same apar**ent. the location is excellent, everywhere you may need to get to is a short walk away, the back door on the complex leading to the shopping centre is good too as saved a walk around the slight hill. staff were friendly and helpful, we had housekeeping change towels when we left the door hanger to request it and floors were swept and cleaned. pool areas were nice ,there is 2 pools but we didn't use them as prefer the beach. i would highly recommend these apar**ents , especially if you have no intention of hiring a car. bus stops to get to other towns also close by. thankyou to all the staff here, we had a great stay
Suite Hotel Montana Club

Just returned from a week's break in Lanzarote at the Montana Club. This was our first self catering holiday in over 25 years so we were a bit apprehensive. Check in was quick, basically an envelope with the room key card and a welcome pack. We were in the premium suites side of the complex, room 230. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a lovely break, nice sitting area, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The location, as most reviews have said, couldn't be better. Less than a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and 10 minutes down to the *****. The rooms which seemed to get the sun for most of the day were 219 to 224 and 227/228. We didn't use the pool or the snack bar so can't comment. The main ***** at Puerto del Carmen has lots of bars and restaurants to cater for most people's tastes. The old town is about a 30 minute walk and we loved this area, we found a great bar overlooking the sea where the food and drinks were great and the staff so friendly,it is called La Tinosa and is on the bend along the walkway,it does get busy but is worth it. We also had an indian meal in the old town at Bombay Grill which was excellent. Some other good restaurants we ate at along the ***** were Trattoria Don Rafaelo, and Asian KItchen. We were chatting to other guests at the Montana, some were there for a month's stay and said it is almost fully booked for the rest of this year. Overall it was lovely to get away from the cold weather at home and enjoy a pleasant week in the sun.

We have had another great stay at the Floresta, many thanks for the rooms we requested Ulrike, we had a lovely welcome on arrival from Eduardo which started the holiday well. This is a spotless well run hotel rooms are spacious and maid service excellent, our grandchildren love the pool which allows inflatables. A special enthusiastic animation team work hard to entertain all ages their energy is amazing. If your looking for a family holiday this is the place to be, lovely beach nearby and a walk or taxi into puerto del carmen. We will return again hopefully
Hotel THB Flora

I would like there to be a rating between AVERAGE and VERY GOOD, and this hotel was above average, and below very good - there needs to be a GOOD rating- but this is trip advisors fault not the hotels! I stayed with a friend, in a junior suite 2-9th June 2023. Let’s start with the room. We arrived around midday and our room was ready – hurrah- super friendly, knowledgeable receptionist checked us in, gave us a load of info and a map and off we went! The excitement turned into a little bit of disappointment when we realised that instead of the 2 single beds pushed together, as depicted in every single solitary photo of a junior suite, it was one double bed – not ideal for friends holidaying together. The shower was VAST – very impressive but it was let down by the grout on the floor of the bathroom which was grubby and could do with replacing. The room itself was clean, big, and bed comfortable, with air con, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Cleaned daily (except cups etc which were randomly not) – by exceptionally friendly cleaning staff. We had an issue with the bathroom on the first night, whereby we created a paddling pool in the shower room due to a blocked drain! -Quick trip to reception and super friendly Mr fix it man was with us in 5 minutes, fixing the issue, which never reoccurred. The restaurant had a fab selection of differing foods, always something to suit all tastes, and a chef always cooking you up something – eggs/omelettes/fresh fish/chicken etc. Mountains of fresh salad, fruit and bread – and snacks pretty much all day! Restaurant staff were all amazingly polite, friendly, and attentive. Bars were what you would expect of a 3*, local wine, spirits, premade cocktails, and once again amazingly polite, friendly, attentive staff. The pool was lovely and warm, with nice views looking down to the sea – never had an issue with getting a sunbed, but there is limited space around the pool area. I believe the other side of Flora is much quieter if you don’t like 4000 inflatables, and their young owner’s noise. The hotel is on a hill…… very pleasant stroll down, under 3 euro in a taxi back – not an issue at all. With a taxi rank just outside the hotel getting back to the airport was nice and easy to (approx. 20 euro). There was only one real thing that let this hotel down, the entertainment- whilst some of the live music acts were great the male half of the entertainment team (which consists of 2 people), really did not have his mind on the job at all. If you are going to work in entertainment you need to be enthusiastic 24/7, with both adults and kids, or they will lose interest fast. Which I witnessed on several occasions. Don’t put out water polo nets and walk away to chat to another member of staff, not even asking if anyone wants to play, don’t do 1 song at the mini disco, not engage the kids(more than once), and again walk away to chat to more staff members, don’t roll your eyes when someone asks you to repeat a qui
Apartamentos Panorama Adults Only

This is our second stay here, came last January and although there has been improvements, not in all areas and cleaning standards have dropped. Firstly the good bits: Pool area and pool bar are beautiful, spacious and clean having recently been refurbished. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Communal areas clean and fresh. Location perfect. The not so good bits: We were allocated a room with disabled facilities firstly , which on the face of it seemed roomy and bright, however the shower/ wet room flooded on the first night, all into room and corridor, the lovely reception lady was helpful with towels to mop up, but the problem was lack of cleaning the plug hole was full of black hair which I had to remove in order to solve the problem. The room had no table or chairs no where to sit and have a drink or snack, no towel rail to air towels, a light in the bathroom on a sensor that went in and stayed on forever it seems. The next morning we moved rooms and the drains smelled, the plug in the bath didn’t drain away and was rusty, the hand rail on the wall was rusty, the shower curtain had seen better days and towels were threadbare. The room was cleaned once which we knew but it was a quick clean as the floor was still dusty and one of the bedsheets had a hole in it.The lampshades above the bed had an inch of dust on them I never felt clean at all , such a shame as the pool area and the rest are good .I know it’s 2 star but needs some attention and upkeep.
