The tile baseboards in the bathroom was dirty on top.

I had to switch rooms twice because it was either not what I booked/paid for, or because it smelled like cigarettes. The 3rd and final room I stayed in was actually perfect. So I think the cig room was an exception to the norm. Something else that kinda ****** about the place though, was that the windows don’t open, not even a crack. So there’s no fresh air, just recycled air through the entire hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport. And it was quiet, and nice and dark, my son and I slept really well.

Had to wait over an hour and a half AFTER check in to check in- no accommodation after traveling 5 hours- no microwave in rooms OR on property. Snacks for purchase were limited. Limited towels! Limited staff. No shuttle service as offered by *******. Would NOT come back or recommend!

It’s a simple bare necessities hotel that serves our needs very well. Came a day earlier than our resort check in time to get through the airport and customs and relax. Stayed one night and recommend this hotel.
